Perfect Oasis in the city

Family including grandparents and infants had a marvelous stay at this property. In town for a wedding at Bishop Museum which was one mile away. This home suited our needs perfectly. The bedrooms/bathrooms had various combinations, so we were able to all be comfortable. The main area we spent almost all our time was the outside patio!! There were 9 of us all enjoying that space with hot tub, comfy seating area, table, hammock swings, swingset and pool. We changed our plans and chose to stay IN 2 of the nights because we had so much fun at the house in the patio area! Relaxing and accommodating. House is exactly as pictured.We have used VRBO for many years and this home ranks number 1 in ‘things they provide’ as far as soaps, detergents, and paper products.

Perfect Place for a Girls' Getaway!

Incredible property -- way more spacious in person! Everyone had their own rooms, with plenty of beds for everyone. Huge lanai, great hot tub and nice warm pool. Great location, as we were close to the airport, Anna Maria Island, or downtown Bradenton Highly recommend, we would love to stay again!

Great house for a friends vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Pictures and description are all accurate. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, blanket and cooler all provided. The screened in porch was great to use at night. We all had a great time and would rent from Jenny again.

A very nice house!

Couldn’t be happier with this stay. The house was clean, pool was great. We loved the screened in porch to hang out in. King beds are very comfortable! Smaller kitchen but fine. Washer and dryer were great! We would come back. 😃

Beautiful location and amazing house

This house was such a great find. They provided just about everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. There were ten of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and most importantly the beaches. The owners were so nice and responded quickly when we had questions. Absolutely loved this house and we will definitely be back!

Family Adventure

Our stay in Bradenton included nine people ranging from 2 years old to grandparents. Everyone had a great time and there was always something for everyone to do. The pool was a big hit for everyone and the adults enjoyed the hot tub as well. The location is great with easy access to shopping and to the various beaches. The house is well laid out with plenty of room for everyone. The large back yard was very welcoming and comfortable for the kids to play in. In addition the beach and pool toys were extremely useful and there was a large variety of each for people to use. I would recommend this as a great family getaway home!

Our extended family of 9 enjoyed this property very much. We used the pool, hot tub and outdoor porch frequently. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and along the River Walk in downtown Bradenton.

Constructive comments

The only negative comment we have is that the cleaning crew has to improve. There was a dirty diaper under one the bunk beds (most likely is still there) and the rice maker was full of bugs, other than that everything was perfect

Ideal house especially suited for grandkids aged 2-21. Friendly owner who responded promptly to the one issue that arose during our stay. House was centrally located to Sarasota and Bradenton beaches as well as other activities and restaurants in the Bradenton area.

This home deserves a definite 5 star rating. This home had everything we needed, including an awesome property owner/manager Jenny. Whatever minor concerns or question we had for Jenny, she was extremely fast and responsive! The home was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were great, and there is lots to do in the area. Great home, great owner/property manager, and great family vacation!

100% Awesome

Very nice neighborhood with a easy access to all of Bradenton area attractions. Very private back yard. We stayed with our family of 17 aging from 4 to 60 years old and no one ever got bored. Pictures were exact and the house was spotless. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. I'm not sure we could've found a better vrbo in the area. It's going to be hard to top this vacation home.
