Cozy 1BR Retreat w/ Porch – Near Beaches & Airport

Enjoy your stay at the Lazy Manatee Apt! We are conveniently 20 mins to Anna Maria Island and Sarasota Airport. We are also about 10 mins away from Manatee Memorial Hospital. Our one bedroom apartment is perfect for your long or short term stay. This apartment is situated within a small complex but does have its own private entrance and front porch.



The space is cozy and comfortable with everything you need for a short or long term stay. This apartment is a part of a small complex of 5 with a shared back yard space. This apartment is the only one with its own private porch and swing.



Everything inside the home is of course private. Everything outside of your unit including the community game room and backyard is a shared space.



We love interacting with our guests but that interaction is determined by you! Feel free to ask us anything about the area, we want you to have a great vacation! You may seldmonly see us on site, tending to the garden, visiting other guests etc and we will be sure to say hi!



A quiet and safe neighborhood just off the main road.



It is totally doable getting around by Uber but I always recommend renting a car to explore the area.



This apartment is a part of a small complex of 5 units. All your neighbors are guests like yourself and likely are traveling for work or pleasure. I do have one elderly man who lives in the east most apartment. He tends to the yard and takes care of our plants as well. He lives here full time and his privacy and right to a peaceful living environment should be respected.



Please note the check in time is 5pm, however I will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready. Most times, I am able to send the check in around 3pm however It is never a guarantee. We will always try our best to get you in as early as possible.

A few things were a little goofy, the lights were hard to figure out, sometimes they worked other time they didn't. The washer only puts out extremely hot water on all settings. The place was cute and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone We enjoyed our stay thank you

The property was clean and comfortable with easy access to major highway. Kosta and Katiey were very helpful and engaging. The apartment was spacious and I had mostly everything I needed. While there was ample serving and silver ware, I would have liked a kitchen knife for food preparation. A small inconvenience was that the freezer door sticks but a swift and strong pull would open it. Not a big problem and both the freezer and refrigerator worked well. The porch was a great place to sit with my morning coffee.
