The perfect accessible room. I had no problems getting around the room or using the bathroom with my walker. We loved the decor and atmosphere. Woke up to a lovely Mountain View. After we checked out, we got a call from the Lodge saying my husband left his Kindle Fire in the room.Amazing customer service!

The hotel is good. It has been redone and has a fun vibe. The pet fee is very high - $50/night per dog so it makes expensive for what you get if you have pets. I enjoyed the courtyard and the lights and games and firepits. Convenient location by the freeway but not walkable to anything. Little things like no soap in the restrooms by the pool (not even a dispenser), someone's razor and hair tie were left in the shower of our room, and the lighting is terrible (too dark to even really see your clothes) were annoying. Overall a fine stay.

The staff was great! Extremely helpful & answered any questions we had! It has a very small casino but we won enough it paid for our room! The restaurant/bar was nice! The only thing we didn’t get to enjoy was the pool but it was such a vibe! Will definitely be staying again!!

The front desk clerk was AMAZING. i had had a terrible travel day and was super stressed about how the government shutdown would affect our plans to see national parks. I needed help with my reservation and she was fantastic helping me deal with hotels.com. Our room did not have a blow dryer, only one bath towel and the rack that holds the ice bucket seemed precarious. I'm taking the time to tell you about the room because I know you're brand new and want to get everything right I mentioned the 1st 2 thingy to the front desk as we left on the morning
