Great house

This house definitely has the Wow Factor! Kitchen is very well supplied. Master bedroom has his and her bathrooms and master closets. Other bedrooms upstairs have their own bathrooms. The two bedrooms in the basement share a bathroom. There is a large family room in the basement as well as a family room/ breakfast area/ kitchen area on the main floor with a separate dining room and an office/sitting room with a small powder room. Plenty of fabulous space for a large family to congregate together or split up and have space to yourself. Lots of games to play. TV’s everywhere. Nice private hot tub and a fire pit area in the backyard. The landscaping needs some cleanup mostly due to the birds. However, there is privacy from the neighbors because of all the trees. There are two tables for outside dining as well as other chairs on the back porch. A Yeti cooler is provided and there is a gas grill although we didn’t have time to use it. Front porch is comfortable for at least 5 people with comfortable furniture. Limited parking, but room for 4 cars. There is no parking on the street per HOA rules. 10:00 pm to 8:00 am quiet hours which are strictly adhered to by all of the neighbors. Good location for attending a wedding at The Woodlands which is what we did.

MSU Graduation

This is a spacious property that was the perfect place to use as home base for our extended family during graduation weekend in Bozeman. The front porch is fabulous and was so comfortable for enjoying the beautiful spring weather. Tammy was easy to communicate with, and attentive to any need we might have, although we didn't have any because the house is so well appointed. A great time was had by all!

Attentive Host- great stay

We had a great stay. The house was nice and was bigger than we expected with large ceilings and an office/den area that provided some nice additional space for a large family gathering. Tammy was a very attentive host and quick with her communication taking care of our every need.If you are a high maintenance guest just make sure to communicate your needs to Tammy, and I'm sure she will take care of it. If you're the type of guest that just needs a cozy spacious place for your extended family to get together and you don't sweat the small stuff, this house is great. Remember its not the house that makes the vacation, its the people in it! In hindsight, my family wished to have king sized beds, be closer to town or Bridger, have a few more forks in the utensil drawer, 12pm check out time and an extra bedroom for a crying baby. But thats all on us as we knew what we were booking. This place is great. Tons of bedding, the indoor fireplace is cozy and warm. We used the hot tub a bunch and Tammy let us turn the heat up. We used the outdoor grill for bison burgers and that was simple enough. We did not use the outdoor fireplace, but I'm sure it would have been great. Highly recommend. Its also in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac so no car traffic

Thank you! The stay was wonderful. The house is gorgeous and was perfect for our group. My only 2 critiques are the single ply toilet paper, the rest of the house was so nice to have single ply. The other is the house didn’t have all the kitchen supplies we needed, like tongs and a rolling pin, but we made it work. Thank you for letting us stay there and I appreciate the responsiveness. Also Ragan was great during check in!

Our family was all together in Bozeman for the Christmas holiday. We had a wonderful stay at this amazing farmhouse. The neighborhood was beautiful. We were greeted with a delicious box of goodies. The house was very well stocked with everything we could possible need. Our family enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and close by walking trails. Tammy was an exceptional host and a great communicator. She checked in several times to see if there was anything we needed. She offered recommendations on things to do in the area and places to eat. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Bozeman area.

Great stay!

We love this house! We stayed with 4 other couples. All of us are parents of MSU students. It was a perfect set up for us each to have our own space but have dinners, hot tub, enjoy the firepit and visit with our kids. Check in was easy and Tammy was very responsive and helpful! The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Looking forward to next time!

Great Stay, Great House, Great Host

I have a group of 10 that I organize our yearly snow trip and there wasn’t a single complaint about the house. We have a mixed group of couples and singles and had plenty of room and never felt cramped. Tammy is great and was a wonderful communicator. She checked in several times to see if we needed anything and recommended a few places to eat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommended it to anyone looking to stay in the Bozeman area.

Great, relaxing stay!

We traveled to Bozeman with my family for a workshop that I was doing. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The trail system is great for walking or running and there are several playgrounds within the neighborhood for kids! My kids were having fun going from one playground to another. There's also a pond near the entry that you can paddleboard or splash around in. It's a little far from Downtown Bozeman, but there are still plenty of restaurants (chains and local) nearby. We loved the Museum of the Rockies, which is only about 10 minutes away on the back roads. We had a great time! Thank you!

Farmhouse July Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse. Everything was extremely clean; we all felt right at home. Tammy’s nephew let us in when we arrived and also left a box of goodies for us to enjoy. The home really feels much larger than it really is, lots of bathrooms which is nice when traveling with two families. The basement is also a great place for older children to hang out, our group loved it. I was nervous about the home being crazy hot without air conditioning but Tammy texted that it was being installed the day before our arrival! The kitchen is also stocked with everything you need, more items than most rental homes…they really went above and beyond. The cooler was also helpful on the days we were gone all day. The farmhouse is in a great location, close to many different activities. A quick drive into Bozeman, a beautiful drive to Big Sky as well. It was an expensive stay but overall, the house was great. The fire pit backs right up to the neighbors fire pit but we did not see them out there once. The neighbors on the other side don’t seem to be thrilled that this house is a rental but we didn’t bother them and they didn’t bother us. There is a pond in the neighborhood where the teens had fun paddle boarding around in the evening. They also loved the hot tub. We are former Bobcats that just can’t get enough of the area! We can’t believe how much has changed over the years but the views are still the same and the people are friendly as can be. We will be back!

Beautiful and comfortable home

We rented this property for a family reunion in Bozeman which was a great central location for us. The house was really perfect accomodations for us. We had 7 adults and 2 little ones. Tammy was more than willing to answer any questions or address any concerns during our stay. One thing to be aware is that the neighbors are quick to complain about "noise", so after 10:00 at night, we were unable to sit outside on the front porch and have even a quiet conversation. So, if you don't mind moving indoors at 10:00, this won't be a problem. We just happened to hit a hot spell in Bozeman and it was very warm indoors, so we would have liked to have spent more of the evening outdoors. That was our only surprise and overall, we had a very lovely stay in this beautiful and comfy home.
