Upon arrival/check-in, my husband & I were given a "welcome" bag: 1 bottle of water and 2 small snacks. NO exhaust fan in bathroom as well as poor lighting by sink; few compatible outlets for cellphones, sleep apnea machine. Asked for roll of toilet paper; my husband had to get it! FREE breakfast is a JOKE!

Front desk people weren’t friendly or welcoming. No eye contact , no info about breakfast. Helped when asked but grudgingly. Very noisy at night, on first floor. Doors slamming, and dripping sound all night. Toilet was very low- needs an update . Room wasn’t freshened up. I had to call and ask for towels & garbage emptied.two sweetened cereals. One would be enough.instead, how about corn flakes or Rice Krispies. Also - more fruit at breakfast

I slept well on comfortable beds. Since i am elderly, the walk-in shower was a bonus. Also because i am elderly, i found the toilet too low and/or would have liked an assist-bar to help get up from it.

Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Guest were loud on my floor. However I would recommend if you need a place to sleep.

Our stay was okay.

Check in was slow due to the people in front of us having many questions. A long line grew because of it. A second check- in person should have come out of the office to move things along. Breakfast was okay, but not always restocked until the end of the allotted time. Pancake machine was cute, but pancakes were gummy. Would prefer waffles. A/C in the room made room feel clammy. Beds and pillows were very comfy, so that was a plus. Towels were flimsy. Not enough light in the room.

The first girl at reception was not so nice. When we came back to see if our room was ready the second girl was so sweet. She had piercings and a fun personality. We were so happy with her service we gave her a box of tea from our dinner date. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great.
