The hotel was being renovated and they almost done with it, before we left. They did a beautiful job in the main floor. My room was spacious and clean and had new furniture. And, the hotel was centrally located for my needs.

Terrible customer service. We were locked out of our room and it took multiple hours for them to get us another room and it was a smaller room. They refused to give us a refund for the room that we purchased, but didn't even stay in. They had to cut the lock off of the door just so we could get our things from the room we were locked out of. They didn't have maintenance on duty so it was hours before we could even get our things. We didn't get into another room until nearly 3am.

Definitely not luxury or perfection. Dust and hairs left around in corners of room and bathroom. Plus was zero bugs? Breakfast left plenty to be desired-not a buffet. Fine for a shower and sleep, nothing much more than that. Front desk was usual business, nothing that was a wow.

Excellent service, clean rooms and facilities. The air-conditioning is very cool and the rooms are very large. Gym snd swimming pool access. Breakfast is very basic. Overall, i had a great stay. I love the smell everytime your enter the building.
