Room smelled like cat urine and cockroaches were visible. Desk gal was not great. Nice enough but not friendly or professional. It WAS a late check in so no blame to her but…. We ended not staying there at all because of the combo. Not bad for price but you will get what you (don’t) pay for .

It wasn’t until I was checking in at another hotel the night after I stayed here that I realized the front desk staff had not returned my drivers license when I checked in. I called. They confirmed they had it. So I drove an hour and half to round trip to ho get my drivers license. After it was returned to me I asked why no one from the hotel made any effort to contact me in my room that night or the next morning to tell me that they had my drivers license. Only response from the front desk person was a shrug. The they asked if I enjoyed the room. I responded no. I went on to explain the room totally smelled like cigarettes, the heater didn’t work, the hot water was lukewarm at best and the microwave didn’t work. He assured me a member of management would reach out to me. Now over a week later and no communication from the property managagement. Avoid this the place, as there are many better options.

The room lacked any basic items, like: a drinking glass or a paper cup, bedding covers very limited, thin layer as a blanket, considering low temperatures outside. The room and bathroom were clean.
