From this location you can travel A1A to Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Delray Beach - all a short drive away. Resort amenities include Pool, Hot Spa, Exercise Room and more. Dine, go fishing or just cruise the waters by renting boats or personal watercraft right in front of building entrance. A tenant evaluation form must be submitted and paid for as a condition of the rental. This $200 evaluation fee helps ensure a secure property and will register you and enable fobs that open the way into Marina Village, pool, jacuzzi and more.
