Unique Basement (downstairs) apartment in an historic building, 5 minutes walk from the lovely Boscombe beach . 3 Bedrooms 1 bathroom + Ensuite benefitting from 1 car park space.

Please note bath towels are not provided

Due to a couple of issues I have had with noise of same sex groups I will need to talk to a contact person before accepting any bookings. No noise is permitted after 11pm and no access to patio after this time.
The apartment is heated and features 1.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
