The staff here are brilliant and very attentive and helpful. Room was cleaned when I was way daily , breakfast was very nice . What’s good is you have use if the hotel next door also do you can go for a drink or food there and the swimming pool indoor is located next door. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend. The hotel, like Bournemouth itself, has seen better days. However, the room was very clean and warm, bed comfortable and lots of hot water in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. The use of the spa for free in the adjoining hotel, a member of the same group, was a real bonus. Good value for money.

Room had a view of the sea, but the window was tiny, and couldn't be seen from the bed. Room was generally clean. However, i did an old used teabag behind the dressing table, when looking for something I dropped down the back. The toilet usually took several attempts to flush, and the bathroom taps had to be turned a considerable amount of times for water to come out, both were slightly annoying. Staff were friendly, during the day at least, drinks were very reasonably priced at the bar. On the whole, fine, but... they appear to have spent a considerable amount of money on decorating the bar/lou ge/reception area, yet have neglected some of the cleanliness and function of the plumbing in the rooms. Slightly disappointing, but fine
