AlumPointe was a brand new development finished in 2019. The apartment is finished to a very high standard with all branded fittings, stone worktops and italian tiling. Expertly interior designed and beautifully built. We use a super comfortable Hypnia branded mattress in all of our properties which offers an amazing nights sleep coupled with John Lewis bedding for a luxury touch. We have onsite parking for 1 car and plenty of addition free road parking.
Guests will have sole use of the this self contained private apartment with it's own entrance. It is situated on the 2nd floor with the option of using the stairs or the lift.
Allocated parking is directly in front of the building - we also have a disabled access ramp.
We are local hosts living nearby, happy to help where we can.

Had a very good break.
Somethings were lacking - no bread knife & sparse kitchen equipment. remote control missing in bedroom.
Mainly clean but Bathroom sink and drain to shower were filthy.
