Excellent check-in, friendly and warm welcome. Room on the 3rd floor, nice and big. Great bathroom, fluffy big towels and fab shower. Very comfortable bed, slept well! Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Location was also excellent.

What a fantastic stay!

Where do I start… First, arriving early and having our bags be looked after until check in time, to the little details in a bucket and spade being given to my daughter for the beach, to the excellent breakfast and comfy and clean room. Easily 5 stars and could have given more if allowed!

Comfortable place to stay in Bournemouth

It was a nice comfortable room with friendly reception & cleaning staff. Was a bit disappointed with breakfast arrangement including the way one of the college behaved. However the reception colleagues were really friendly.

The hotel was fine. Bilal on reception was very helpful. The room was old and tired. The carpet didn’t seem clean, the floors were marked, the bathroom counter was heavily scratched. The grouting and sealant in the bathroom was going and black patches were left. The air con made the room smell musty. You could hear the people in the adjoining rooms and in the corridor.
