This home has been renovated to a high level of finish and is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. This is a lovingly cared-for personal residence, not just your run of the mill rental! You can walk everywhere - Ideal Market (Whole Foods) is 1.5 blocks, 7 blocks to both Pearl and Hiking at Mt Sanitas. Please note that security cameras will be in use at each of the entrances to the property during your stay, for safety purposes. There are no interior cameras, and we respect guests privacy.

From beginning to end Cheryl my host was an excellent communicator. This charming house is in a great neighborhood walkable to grocery stores restaurants and wine shop. Five minute drive to Pearl Street and CU boulder. The house was immaculate, and the decor was exceptional. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook a meal. Things were labeled where they should be and we were in need of nothing. My family enjoyed our time together in the cozy living room and sitting around the island cooking together. The bathrooms are nice and big and the beds were extremely comfortable, all the linens and towels were very high-quality, and the steam shower in the master bath was just what you needed after a long day. I would definitely rent this house again, It was a great stay and my whole family enjoyed it.
