Room was cleaned well every day. Staff is very nice and helpful when we had to add another night. Waffle maker was great for breakfast. Did not like being in the handicap room, small sink area with no storage and weird seat in the tub, taking up room. Please let customers know ahead of time if they’re in a special room.

The hotel was located in a good spot and room itself was fine. It was quiet too, which was nice. The only issue was the shower. We could not adjust the pressure at which the water shot out, or adjust the head to move the direction of the water. If it wasn’t set as hot as possible, it made a terrible noise. We ended up using all of the towels after one use of the shower because the water was splashing out. We even kept the curtain inside the shower and tried to keep the edges covered but it didn’t help. The floors were drenched. I feel like if we could adjust the direction and pressure of the water, it wouldn’t have drenched the floors.
