We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Boone. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and check-in was incredibly easy and stress-free. The location was perfect, close enough to town for convenience but far enough out to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the mountains. The home met all of our needs, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Check in was breeze. Outside lights were not working for us to light our path to the deck . The house served its purpose. It could use some updates and painting but value for our stay was there .

While the host was great with communication and even allowed us to check in 3 hours early, I was not happy with the property. The house is older and needs A LOT of updating. I understand the wear and tear of a rental but there was too many things to overlook. The stove had a lot of grease build up which made us uncomfortable to use it. One of the bathrooms was in poor condition. Walls and baseboards were in dire need of repair and painting. Positives would be a great location, a nice deck and hot tub, a well stocked kitchen and the house could sleep a bunch of people. Overall it was smaller than pictured and just didn’t give vacation vibes for us. Very disappointing.
