Hotel was nice, clean and updated. Newer Casper type beds. One of the better hotels in the area that allow pets.

Customer friendly. Clean rooms and great location.

Very nice, clean and modern room close to everything. Staff was very friendly and it was a quick check in and out.

Beautiful place! There was leftover dog hair on one of he chairs & the maid service was a little sloppy but we only slept there so it didn't bother us. We were well rested & walked to shopping & restaurants.

We were surprised to learn that most rooms were open to pets, with just a few reserved for "no pets". If we had not mentioned our need for a room free of pet dander and past debris, we may well have had a medical emergency. Other motels have an area set aside just for pets and their owners. This makes sense for people who like animals, but cannot live with them for health reasons. Also, the hall rugs are badly stained and spotted and need to be replaced on the 3rd floor. The breakfast bar was excellent.

We stayed for three days and two nights. The staff could not have been more helpful. Our on-line booking put us in the wrong room, but the local staff took care of it in minutes. The beds were so comfortable compared to other budget places. We'd stay again when in the area.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Comfortable, well equipped room . Did have a musty smell, but not horrible. Pool too small to be of use. Still, the staff made the experience. Would definitely go again!

I stayed there in May of 2013 and had no complaints. I did not eat there however. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The value for what we payed was about average in comparison to the other hotels in that area. The rooms were clean, they had good amenities, but the halls smelled like smoke. The continental breakfast wasn't that great, and only had cereal, waffles, and breads. The hotel itself looked nice, and had a great memory foam mattress. Would have liked a view of the area instead of the highway.

I love that you can bring your pet with no additional fee. We & our dog were very cozy! Memory foam was quite comfy! ;)

The hotel was very clean, the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast wasn't all that, but it was ok. I would stay there again....the price was right!

Comfortable place to stay in Boone if you have your pet with you.

We only stayed one night but the staff was courteous and the rooms were clean and stocked with linens. Courtesy breakfast was great

I had to wait for quite a while to check in due to some mistake made on another travelers reservation. The room was small, the furniture too bulky for the size of the room. The sink in the bathroom was clogged up, the pool needed cleaning, and the TV listing that came with the room did not match the channels on the television. Because the hotel is located next to a six lane highway, there was constant traffic noise. The staff, was pleasant, but did not appear to be well trained to do their job.

nice hotel for the money.close to college, shopping and ski slope.

I love that I was able to bring my dog. Rooms were very clean.

Enjoyed some of the local attractions, and R&R.

The staff was wonderful. Clean cozy beds. Yummy continental breakfast!

Very Nice! Clean, New Beds!

My wife said none of the furnishings matched. Oh well
