We stayed 3 days in this place paying over $300 a night. Here’s my reason for low rating - 1. Half the time shower head did not work (room 326) 2. Heated pool was freezing cold, had to tell the front desk so they can get the technician to fix 3. No breakfast (Starbucks inside had few options) 4. Had to clear our trash to nearby trash can on the floor, no room service due to Covid 5. The fire pit was switched on the 3rd day of our stay and there were no cushions on the chairs; can’t use the outdoor furniture at all. Maybe due to Christmas holidays with limited staff the management couldn’t keep up. Will pick a different hotel on my next visit to Boone, NC.

Clean and friendly. Paid for single king room got a double room

The rooms did not have a microwave. The frig was not cold. The deal breaker was no breakfast. If you going to a place were you have to order your food (breakfasst) then you should be able to order food that is not pre made. And not to your liking. Microwave is pretty big deal breaker too

Very nice Hotel. The room was extremely clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was great also. Looking forward to our next visit there.

New, clean, very nice, comfy beds and a very helpful and accommodating staff

The entire staff is well trained and very friendly. From the time you check in you are made to feel welcome; maintenance, housekeeping and lounge personnel greet you with a smile and ask if there is anything they can do for you. The facility is well kept and very clean. I stay at Courtyards on a regular basis and this is by far my favorite.

It was a nice and easy experience. The hotel is clean and up to date.

The staff was friendly and professional; common areas were clean and inviting as was the room. A good value!

Fun time, close to everything, great staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time! Great location. The Mountains are my favorite area to spend time. My wife and I just spent some get away time enjoying each other and the surroundings.

Stayed one night in a king room. Bed was a little harder than I would have liked. Seemed very clean - of course, you never can tell. Everything else was good enough. Pretty decent accommodations overall. Maybe not quite worth the price for routine trips, but for an anniversary mini-vacation it was just right.

We have stayed at several hotels in Boone. This was the nicest facility. For the price it would have been nice if they offered complimentary breakfast. As it is the cost of breakfast at the hotel was very expensive and I would recommend going to one of the nearby restaurants instead. Otherwise we had a nice trip.

We were moving our daughter in to App State. Hotel was convenient to campus and last minute shopping. Breakfast was not included which I come to expect at most hotels these days. They do have a nice cafe . Not sure we would stay there again as it didn't seem to really be worth the price difference from other nearby hotels.

Everything about this hotel was great. We were traveling with our toddler and the only real issue we had here was that the bathrooms had no tub for bathing her. Other than that, everything was great. Walmart and K-mart were close by too.

Conveniantly located, clean/comfortable room, great amenities, friendly staff...couldn't have been any more perfect!

The room and hotel are clean and tidy. Staff is friendly although somewhat disengaged. I had a very annoying problem with my room and the staff didn't seem inclined to make it up to me. There appears to be a problem with the plumping system on the 3rd floor. When someone showers on the 4th floor, the bathroom on the 3rd floor below makes a VERY loud clicking noise the entire time water is on upstairs. This happened every night of my stay (3 nights) in the middle of the night. Closing the bathroom door doesn't snuff out the noise at all. I brought this to the staff's attention and they offered to move me to another room but it was the last night of my stay and it just seemed lime more of a hassle. Frankly, the noise is loud enough to wake most people or prevent sleep. I would suggest getting a room on the top floor if staying at this hotel. The hotel is in a great part of town and has a nice coffee & sandwich bar. The interactive TV wall is a neat touch for up to date weather and restaurant info as well.
