It was a good property. I would totally stay there again. I only held back on giving an excellent rating because you can tell things like the caulk around the tub it is time to be redone. Small things that makes a big difference but it wasn't awful...just not excellent. My room (214- I think) blind didn't function properly and left a big gab with street lights showing through. Not a big deal but not excellent.
Good value and location
Everything was great, but the comforters on the beds are very heavy.
We checked in and we’re provided with a room that was not clean. Linens to the bed were piled up in the corner. I called the front desk and was provided with a new room. When I got to the new room and opened the door there was someone already assigned to this room. TV was on, their bag on the bed and the person was relaxing in the bed. Luckily for me I did not make my way into the room and immediately shut the door. This was not safe for me or my family with me. I returned to the front desk and asked again for a clean unoccupied room. The front desk associated then accompanied us to the room to ensure that it was clean and empty. I have never had anything like this happen to me and have always had pleasant stays at Holiday Inns until last night.
This hotel was perfect while in town for a soccer tournament with my son. I was grateful for the washer/dryer and the friendly staff. It was conveniently located to the fields as well as a ton of restaurants!

Tv remote didn’t work even after asking for a replacement all they did was give us batteries. The hot tub didn’t work paid for breakfast and they had no cook so we didn’t get to eat. Won’t be back
The remote didn’t want to work the tv the hot tub didn’t work paid for breakfast and they didn’t have a cook the clock in the room was wrong and went to eat the next day and was 4 minutes late due to the clock and didn’t get to eat
The beds were comfortable, wish there was a microwave in the room.
The room was clean, but the beds are horribly uncomfortable. You have to order your breakfast the night before to pick up in the morning, rather than walking down and being able to make your own plate. The pool is restricted to 45 min per family so when the time slots fill up, some families with children do not get to use the facilities. The staff was helpful if asked questions but not overly friendly.

Friendly helpful staff. Wonderfully equipped room. Very clean, everywhere. Covid19 safe practices were evident everywhere, yet a most welcoming open atmosphere. Easy access. You make a reservation to use pool/hot tub/fitness room. That assures safe spacing - good thinking.
Went during renovations; and staff stole my husband personal property. Till this day I have not been compensated and management did a horrible addressing the incident! Bitter taste in my mouth!
