When booking the property, I specifically asked that we (2 guests) are provided an extra bedding as we prefer sleeping warm. We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´
Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc.
We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week.
The room was on the ground floor, on a main street, and bypasses would look into our apartment, meaning we had to have curtains closed all the time to have some privacy.
Last but not least, on Expedia, the apt was advertised as ca. 30 square metres. In reality, around half of that was a ridiculously spacious bathroom with no content but shower, wc, and sink.
On the good side, the location is ok and there is a bus stop right in front of the apt. Also, there is grocery shop in very close vicinity. Finally, A problem with had with the sink was fixed instantaniously.

Preis-Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir waren 8 Nächte da und hatten gebeten, nicht!!! im Erdgeschoss untergebracht zu werden. Leider waren wir direkt neben dem Bürgersteig und beim Lüften wurde ständig reingeschaut. Die Nutzung der kleinen Küche war nicht möglich, da direkt über dem Kochfeld der Rauchmelder installiert war. Ein Schild am Herd verwies auf eine Strafe von 1500€, wenn der Rauchmelder ausgelöst werden würde. Man solle nur mit Deckeln auf den Töpfen, bei offenem Fenster und mit einer anwesenden Person kochen. Braten (Pfannen waren ohne Deckel vorhanden) wäre demnach auch nicht möglich gewesen, da durch den Rauch auch ggf. der Rauchmelder ausgelöst werden könnte. Wir haben demnach aufs Kochen verzichtet, obwohl das für die Auswahl unserer Unterkunft entscheidend war. Bei dem Telefonat mit einer Mitarbeiterin wurde uns nur gesagt, dass der Melder selten ausgelöst wird und wir die Küche einfach nutzen sollten. Der Hinweis mit der Strafe von 1500€ wurde ignoriert. Die Küchenutensilien waren staubig und in der Essigflasche befand sich eine zersetzte Fruchtfliege. Das Mobiliar war in Ordnung, der Tisch sehr wackelig. Der Handtuchwärmer im Bad war schief montiert, bei dem Spiegel im Bad konnte man noch das Loch in der Wand mit den Zuleitungen sehen. In der Dusche lief das Wasser sehr schlecht ab und das Wasser beim Duschen war nur lauwarm. Eine Zwischenreinigung bei 8 Nächten war auch zu wenig, zumal auch keine Auskunft gegeben wurde, wann die Reinigung kommen sollte.
