Good hotel, central position on main street. Rooms are classic Italian design and furniture, on the small side but functional. Great continental breakfast and good in house restaurant. Competent staff who are willing to help.

A family of four, we found this budget-style hotel absolutely everything we needed it to be. Very clean, safe, friendly, with ample space. The three shared bathrooms were always available and our 8 year old particularly liked the shower with multiple spray points. The central location can't be beat. The breakfasts had plenty of choices. Our kids loved the old-style wrought iron elevator. The floors squeak like crazy, although we got used to it after the first night. Although our room faced a busy street, did not seem noisy at all. Super kind and helpful proprietor and staff.

This is a mix of budget hotel and B&B. The location could not be better, the walking shopping streets are just outside. Friendly personell and possible get permission to park the car on a square nearby. The rooms are very large with Charming furnitures, as this used to be an appartment for the rich people.

That’s a very beautiful and central location in city center. It is extremely clean and quiet. There is also a pleasant view of the rooftop. You will be a few steps of the main attractions in the historical center.

Perfectly located in the heart of the shopping distrikt and all the restaurants. We even managed to bring the car with us. The hotel can arrange parking ticket for 24 hrs on a square nearby. A huge old flat with big roms converted to a hotel in B&B style. Negative that we had to share bathroom with another room.

Right at the city centre, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Although it's a shared bathroom place there was never a hassle because they have 3 bathrooms and all of them were clean. Stayed only for a night but would definitely recommend. They have breakfast included but it's just a simple one. Friendly staff.

This hotel has a terrific, central location and is beautifully clean. Rooms are basic. Shared bathrooms are spotless and my friend and I never had to wait to use one. There is a limited selection of fruit and pastries in the morning, although this isn't officially breakfast. Hotel is very quiet, and feels safe. Would recommend for a short trip to Bologna. The central location is perfect for exploring the city on foot.

I rented a very spacious room at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room and the bathrooms were neat and tidy. Room service cleaned my room every day and breakfast was available. The room I slept in was very quiet and I slept soundly every night despite the hotel being located near the heart of the city. For budget accomodation, it gives excellent value for money. I would recommend the Panorama hotel to everyone coming to Bologna. Compared to other hotels that supposedly give more luxurious accommodation, I would definitely prefer staying at the Panorama hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of January. The location is perfect really near all the main sights. It snowed whilst I was there but my room so was so lovely and warm. The wifi and shared bathroom and all facilities were great. But what makes this special is how kind all the staff are. The young guy who checked me in was very helpful asking all my questions about local restaurants. I went to get a coffee in the morning and there were free pastries! So delicious. Have another one if you like said the kind lady. I can see why it consistently scores well. It's such a great place.

This is a basic budget hotel; old fashioned, very charming, with retro furniture & art on the walls. Many rooms have shared bathrooms. It's very clean. Staff speak excellent English & are very helpful. Historic building (even the lift is historic & interesting). It's 5 mins walk from Piazza Maggiore, in the very of Bologna. On my first night, my room had a beautiful view of an old church, over rooftops; peaceful. I extended my stay, but that room was gone; they put me in a huge quadruple room (for the same price), with a view of Via Ugo Bassi, one of Bologna's main streets, with Bologna's towers & the cathedral roof in sight. So the name 'Panorama' is accurate.
