Especially when they smell like someone else's dirty head! Not happy about this stay at all.... the king bed had a huge hump in the middle, and the edges slanted towards the floor. Fighting rolling onto the floor all night. We were looking forward to the hot tub and pool, but the pool was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there, and the hot tub was filthy. We had been in it about 10 minutes when we noticed black scum on the foam. Totally grossed out....and the dirt clung to our suits when we got out. I requested an adjoining room, but because I had 'used a third party' to book the room, they would not accommodate us. The adjoining room was empty the whole three days and I had only booked one room through the third party. Called third party and even tried to upgrade my booking, which the third party was happy about, however the hotel would not work with them. If I hadn't booked through the third party I would have left after the first night. Don't use a third party so you can leave if you need to without losing a ton of money! Continental breakfast was typical/comparable to other hotels, open until 10am on weekends, but closed at 9am weekdays. Didn't feel like getting up extra early to eat on Monday/Tuesday, so just grabbed something at Starbucks instead. Definitely will not plan to stay here again.....Sure would have been some comfort to have stayed in a decent hotel. Was there to bury my mother....
We had a great stay or at least as good as you can have when you have to be out of your home because of all the repairs being done. They had a really nice breakfast and it was good that they started at 6 AM so my husband could eat and be to work by seven The room was a bit small and mattress was hard, but it was clean. But overall a really good stay.
We stayed at this same hotel in November (pre renovation) and March (post renovation). We will be finding another hotel in the area for return trips. The matress is very very uncomfortable, fewer mirrors, modern decor but very cold and chilly feeling, lighting is terrible with all led lights, coffee and tea not available other than mealtimes.
Friendly clean environment and breakfast was very good. All the staff there were very nice and helpful. Definitely would stay there again next time we come back to Idaho. Rooms are nice and beds are very comfortable and the kids loved the pool area overall I will give 5 stars. Thank you!
This is a beautiful, moderately-priced hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet - even in the midst of a state wrestling tournament. The breakfasts were filling with plenty of healthy choices. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel was in a great location right off the highway near a bunch of restaurants. The rooms were clean and the free breakfast exceeded my expectations. And free cookies. We had dinner and bees and wingerz next door. The best wings ive had in years and some really good craft brews on tap.
Rooms are average but not very well insulated from noise. Make sure you get a room away from the freeway and we could hear our neighbors TV all night long. 3 out of the 4 times we went to the pool they were out of towels. The breakfast on Sunday was nearly out of anything warm - except the make your own waffle bar. Not our best Marriott experience. However, the staff were very friendly and attentive to requests.
Accommodations were very clean and comfortable also staff members being very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great again with very friendly staff....Great hotel!! I would recommend this hotel to the business and leisure travelers!
Rooms are noisy on the freeway side. They're quiet on the opposite side. Breakfast is good. Front desk is great. The interior appears to have been remodeled recently. There was plenty of parking space.
Our phone didn't work, so could not contact front desk! Only 1 young woman working whole property alone, at night. Hot tub colder than pool. Made the mistake of looking for an outlet and pulled night stand back, super dirty, not to mention black stuff in white grout in bathroom. Very disappointed!
