Perfect for holidays with family or friends, this gîte can accommodate up to 11 people. You'll find all the necessary comforts: a large shaded terrace under a pergola, a panoramic terrace overlooking the marsh, and a relaxation area with a jacuzzi and sauna.
Depending on the season, nature activities are offered on-site to help you discover the fauna, flora, and workings of this remarkable ecosystem. In just a few minutes, you can visit the Île Chauvet Abbey or stroll through the charming little harbors of the surrounding area. Further afield, the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts and La Bernerie-en-Retz, the island of Noirmoutier and its famous Passage du Gois causeway invite you to explore and relax. This renovated house offers, on the ground floor, a laundry room, a living/dining/kitchen area with a dartboard and a veranda with exceptional views of the marsh (binoculars are available for wildlife observation). A hallway leads to two bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed), a shower room, a toilet (accessed via one step), and a relaxation area. From this room, you can access a wellness area with a shower, sauna, and four-person spa, as well as a second separate toilet, and a third bedroom (one queen-size bed) with an adjoining room (two single beds). Upstairs, you will find a final bedroom (one queen-size bed) with an en-suite shower room and toilet. Outside, you'll find an enclosed garden with a partially shaded terrace (garden furniture, deck chairs, gas griddle) and a second terrace upstairs offering views of the surrounding nature. To protect biodiversity, the natural meadows are not accessible.

The accommodation is located on a site with meadows where cows graze for part of the year. You may encounter the site manager during their wildlife or plant monitoring activities.

Heating, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included.

A €100 cleaning deposit will be required upon arrival.
Check-in is handled by a concierge service. Arrivals are possible between 4 pm and 8 pm (arrivals after 8 pm will incur a surcharge), and departures are between 8 am and 10 am. Early departures are only possible if the cleaning package has been purchased.
