Clean and well maintained close to Evert

Perfect location for families attending Evert Tennis Academy, which is within 2 minute walk of this condo complex. Very clean and well maintained, modern inside. Came stocked with lots of things needed for a long stay such as hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, and more. The pool was great and can be seen from the apartment. Host was very communicative and fast. For example, it was a little cold out and we requested an extra blanket, so they brought 3 blankets right away. We also didn’t know how to turn on the shower and they came over to help quickly. This was my second time staying at this complex (first time was a 3 bedroom unit) and I was very pleased. Would highly recommend.

Convenient condo

We had a nice stay at Courtside Villas. Shortly before our trip we were told the 1 bedroom/1 bath unit we had requested was unavailable. They offered us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit, which was great. We found the furniture, however, to be uncomfortable. The complex is nice and well-kept, and we met some lovely people there. There is a nice pool, but it is no longer saltwater filled. The complex is well located, though you do need a car to get around. Communication with the management was difficult before our trip, but once we got there they were very responsive to our needs. Overall, we recommend Courtside Villas to those looking for a short term rental in the Boca Raton area.
