Enjoy this piece of paradise, steps to the beach. Quiet and private with own driveway and secluded private garden, the garden my be shared with other guests if garden room is occupied. The garden is a very," Zen", perfect to rest and relax or dine in the outdoors. The bedroom has a king size bed, There is also a VERY COMFORTABLE COUCH sleeps one, There is 2 working spaces one in living room and Vanity/desk in bedroom. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a deep bath for those who like to soak and shower. The beach is directly across the street! One of the only beaches with , NO HIGH BUILDINGS ON BEACH! There are showers and "Oceanside Beach Side Services". There is a beautiful walking path that hugs the beach, a walk through a tropical paradise! There are many restaurants waking distance. A bike rental shop. Golf, beach rentals, shopping at Mizner Park or Royal Palm Plaza. Lots to do! A great time to "re-set", your vibe! GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO POOL AT NEIGHBOR PROPERTY INQUIRE WITH HOST. NEED MORE ROOMS INQUIRE WITH HOST.

Has Potential!

This property has a lot of potential! With a good deep cleaning, it could be superb and would match the price point! The location was good as far as being close to stores, etc. Parking in the driveway was a little tricky even for a small car. The host was kind and responsive to questions. The couches and chairs in the living room need some cleaning or new covers. We didn't use the dishes, stove, or microwave. The guest house is cute however as I mentioned before, it could use extra cleaning and updating.

Location

Location, location - this property definitely has it. Our host Denise was very accommodating, accessible and promptly responded to any of our needs. Property is less than a 5 minute walk to one of Boca's many beautiful beaches and parks. Down the street are local restaurants and shoppes and downtown Boca is a short drive or walk away. The property was very clean throughout and included everything one needs for an enjoyable stay. Gas grill and outside sitting area a bonus, we used frequently. Whether visiting Boca for vacation or business this property has it all. Highly recommend. Kynn and Isabel

Great place!

Wonderful place. Close to everything, beach, restaurants, shops etc…..Check in was easy and the place was clean and as advertised. Definitely would come back!!!
