Pleasant Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed here over Thanksgiving while visiting family. Overall the property is nice and good value for money. Older building but nicely renovated and enough room for a family of 4. Had a few issues upon arrival and Max was quick to resolve them through fast communication. Great location.

Beautiful apartment near public beach

Perfect 2 bedroom apartment for my family of 5! Two adults and 3 kids ages (5,2, and 9 months). The 2nd bedroom had bunkbeds with a trundle bed underneath! Could essentially fit 5 kids in that room. We really enjoyed the hottub, it was too chilly for us to swim in the pool. But this place is super close to beach access, restaurants, aquarium, shops and more!

I’m usually not one to leave a poor review on something like this but my friends and I booked this unit for a week stay at the beach and we had several issues with the unit. Our shower drained so slow that there was always water in it the entire trip. When we brought it up to the owner they offered to send their “staff” by with some drano but we weren’t even able to use it with all the water in the tub. The place looked like someone quickly tried to clean it but it wasn’t actually clean. There were dead bugs on the windowsill, food underneath the nightstand in the bedroom, as well as dirt under the beds. It looked like they only swept through the immediately visible spaces and that’s all. We couldn’t do anything about it because we had no cleaning supplies whatsoever in the apartment. We had to go to the store to get dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc. At one point we were in the pool that the unit has and a lady came by and dumped a large bucket of chlorine into the pool while we were swimming in it. On top of all of that, our fourth night into our stay, we found a large cockroach in our unit. We killed it and told the owner they replied with a long message that looked like it was ai generated about how they’ve never had an issue with roaches before, even though they only keep roach spray under the sink. I sent her a picture and she simply replied with “it looks like it came from outside” All the messages from the owner seem ai generated. Would not recommend
