It is an old and dated hotel. The staff is great…like really great. But it is an old hotel and it shows. The air conditioning had a funny smell, there was mold behind the curtains, there was mold on the back of the door where someone had clearly splashed something and they had not cleaned it off. Breakfast was good. Had hot food and waffles with e rushing else you would expect. Probably would not stay there again until they remodel if I’m being honest. Again. The staff was great and the common areas were great….but they just have a lot to do for the rooms themselves.

Cobwebs in the shower. No bar soap to wash hands. No cream and sugar for coffee in room.

This place is terrible. Website says pet friendly but after traveling 6 hours with my dog was told it wasn’t. Asked to see a manager. Desk person said there wasn’t one. Stayed with my dog anyway …their problem. Very old and dirty facility. Room had two broken doors including a closet door that fell off. MOLD in shower. Filthy carpets..peeling wall paint. Find anywhere else to stay!

It was comfortable and the beds were great. Halls were abit unkept with trash bag in floor.

Design was modern, energetic and colorful vibe. Breakfast was adequate. It was very quiet when we visited, hardly saw any other guests around.

Not very clean and in need of repairs.. The property is deteriorating.

Super staff and so helpful when my reservation had been misdirected to the wrong hotel through Orbitz. Very comfortable and peaceful stay. Very good breakfast although whole grain/natural options are lacking. Great internet connection. Very great value.

The hotel looked abandoned from the street, I didn't even see a Quality Inn sign. The interior lobby looked newly remodeled (good sign, I thought) but once we got to the room we were dismayed by the condition. In general it looked old an dirty, but the two biggest concerns were that the door leading to the outside pool area didn't fit the door jamb and so didn't seal, the deadbolt on that door didn't close, and the only lock was in the door handle, which was loose as if previously forced. The second issue was the bathroom where the shower surround had splatter pattern spots on it. I didn't want to know what caused that. We did give the hotel another shot, and asked if another room was available. They offered a suite on the third floor, but sadly it had similar cleanliness issues. We did not stay at this hotel and were fortunate to find a nicer, cleaner hotel nearby.

The facility and the room were clean. The room was nicely equipped with a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Both sets of lobby doors open automatically when exiting, very convenient when one has two full hands. Washer and drier located a short walk from the room. The TV was HD but the video service was very obviously analog.

Room old and worn. Breakfast was sad. No milk for cereal. Apple juice was watered down. Saw a staff member take hard boiled egg from waste container and put back in refrigerator.

The bathroom had mold around the shower and holes in the wall.

Shower was too hard to turn on. Not enoughhot water.
