The property was perfect for our family. We found it very nicely decorated and clean, well equipped for cooking in the kitchen or outside on the grill. The location was great, we enjoyed being close to the lake perfect for fishing and kayaking. The Labor Day picnic on the beach was nice the neighbors are so friendly. Great Weekend! Thank You Jackie

Great location

Overall very nice staying. But didnt have a access to hot tub due to electrical issues. First floor have a loud heating boiler noise, if property mgment can take a look. Other than that its was fun for my family to stay two night with with less than 10min drive to big bloulder mtn.

Great Host

Jesse was an excellent host and stayed in contact with us for whatever we needed. The house was comfortable, anything we needed for the house or didn't have Jesse offered to bring us or buy for us. It's in a great location, just across from the community lake. Plenty of beds, more than advertised and would be great for family trips. Fire pit worked, hot tub worked, etc. kayaks and paddle boat provided as stated
