Staff was very nice - room was clean - but NOT the bathroom- a dog down the hall was barking incessantly - with that being said it wasn’t that bad considering all the other places that were way more expensive for a quick trip to see our boys at Virginia Tech- Would actually stay there again

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub was really nice. Loved the waffles for breakfast.

Property layout and decor was just ok. Hallways look pretty dingey but rooms nicer thankfully. Breakfast and AM staff very accommodating. Easy parking and decent location, but still surprised how pricey it was for the quality of hotel (albeit it was Virginia Tech’s parents weekend/football game but still…)

Terrible experience. Front desk was rude and instead of helping with the problems they decided it was best for me and my husband to check out early. I was supposed to get a refund but instead they kept the money for the night we didn't stay. The room had a big spill in the carpet where our socks got instantly wet with a brown liquid, they do not answer the phone and leave customers waiting in the lobby for extended periods of time. I tried to add another night which is what led to me checking out early. I do not recommend this location at all they owe me like 80 dollars for the night I did not stay. I don't see me getting that back . Very very rude.

The room was clean and comfortable, so I got a good night's sleep. It was well furnished and functional. The "do not disturb" sign was the same color as the door, so housekeeping came in two times, even though the sign was out and I didn't want any housekeeping services during my stay. There was no fruit in the breakfast bar, but the rest of the free breakfast was okay.

Staff was great. Eggs they served for breakfast were garbage. The heated pool was not! The hot tub was not! WIFI was nonexistent. Would go back if they fixed those things.
