Room as expected for the nightly rate. Pool closed 2 of the 3 days we were there. Continental breakfast out of most food by 9am and they do not refill

Hotel was great, breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Problem was with the room. Never even thought of checking on refrigerator or microwave since they are usually available at most big name hotels. This one didn't have either and was a really big inconvenience, especially with meds. Will definitely check from this day forward

Was very pleased with room and staff in general...breakfast area was clean and yummy...only complaint is the parking lot..rained all weekend and hugh section near our room was flooded..was like parking in a lake

For the money I'd say it's good (not fair to compare to pricier hotels). Room clean and mattress quite comfortable. Though breakfast selection pretty good I can't say I liked the coffee or pastries. Rooms open to the outside and there is no elevator so know that before you book.

Stayed here to save a little money. The hotel was just ok. It looks like it hasn't been updated in a while. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was ok.

We stayed here for the holidays. It was neat, clean, and close to my sister's house (who was hosting Thanksgiving). The staff was friendly, the area was safe, and my kids loved the breakfast.

We stayed 2 days and the breakfast was really good. The room was not fancy but clean and more than adequate. The staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable. From Virginia Tech it was about 10 miles so there are closer places but it was right where 81 and 460 meet so that was easy.

We went to Church Camp in Christiansburg and have always stayed at other places. This year we stayed at Quality Inn and were quite pleased. The rooms were very clean , the staff was very friendly and helpful and the full breakfast was very good. Also the price was reasonable so we will definitely be back next year. The camp site was also about 2 miles down the road, very convenient.

The Quality Inn offers one of the best rates for this region, without being a dive. The rooms are fine and the beds are comfortable. It is right off I-81 and convenient to VA Tech. The noise from the highway will not keep you up at night. It feels safe and the breakfast offerings were nice. The coffee was delicious.

Very noisy atmosphere. People chatting outside at all hours of the night. Maids talking very loudly across rooms very early in the morning.

Very good experience aside from a little highway noise. The room was great with nice added touches like cute decor and an exercise room I could use at 6am. Nice, competent staff. Good breakfast. Quickly accessible from the Interstate.

Friendly, efficient staff person checked me in promptly, though I was somewhat put off by the amount of info required which should have been part of my pre-registration. Renting a car is easier! I was happy to get the last first floor room, but since I phoned at noon to request "hold for late arrival" eliciting that preference at that time would have been appreciated. The room was really cold when I checked in -- bringing it to a habitable temperature would have been welcoming.

The hotel is conveniently located to Blacksburg and had a fridge, microwave and sink but seemed like it could use some updating... also it would have nice to put on the air so we wouldn't have to hear the traffic on Rt. 81 or people talking outside the room. The hotel is right next to Cracker Barrel which is nice.

It was okay and since it was only for one night it was tolearable. I would not stay here for a long period of time.

The majority of guests at this hotel are transient construction workers. The rooms are outdated and most amenitiess at the hotel did not work. Not a good family environment.

This was a quick overnight trip to visit our child at VT. Booked it on a Wednesday night and stayed on Friday. Easy to find, nice location, excellent breakfast. Great value for the money.

Friendly staff, clean room, good location, cookies in the evening!

High priced for this location and basic motel bed. Outside entrances to rooms.

I and my son need to visit VT and find this hotel may be right for us for the very short stay. The room was OK and clean enough but the noisy at night in the hallway kept me awake and that was from next room. It was the group from next room chatting outside and stayed very late, I wish the hotel could control it and keep quite at night time.

The queen size mattress in our first room was too soft for my wife's back. The hotel upgraded us, for the last three nights, to a king size at no additional charge. That made our stay quite pleasant.
