On his way to the area, my husband hit a deer which damaged his vehicle, making it necessary for him to return home. Although he had made his reservation a nonrefundable one, I believe an accident should have made the management more considerate of the situation, and allowed a refund. They didn't, making my husband's accident all the more expensive for us and more troubling for my husband. Not being kinder makes us feel negatively towards this establishment, which will now lose years of business, as my hubby often goes down to play golf in the area.

Should improve breakfast. Everything else is fine. As we get older, we find that we are not comfortable with a soft mattress. It may be good for others, but not for older people like us.

The room was clean, the staff friendly. But it is obvious that maintenance on the facility has declined significantly since it was a microtel. Lights out in the room, bath fan out, and lights out in the elevator. Not a bad experience, I just hate to see the decline in a hotel ive used in the past. Continental breakfast was kind of sparce.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Bagels seemed stale (as compared to those served over the previous weekend). Did not like the room as it was just inside the door to the outside which was continually slammed as people went in and out. Had stayed at this same hotel just days ago and were on a higher floor which was much quieter.

The room was super clean and up-to/date, the bed was very comfy and the staff were all so nice. The shower had excellent water pressure and the fan worked well. The heating/cooling system was also great - we could adjust it ourselves and it worked wonderfully. We enjoyed the breakfast (basic but good) and I loved how there was tea/coffee available all day. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again! Excellent location, too!
