The hotel was clean and in a good location. There were a couple of restaurants only within a few blocks. The carpeting looked clean and new. The furniture in the common areas could be updated. The breakfast selection was skimpy. No fruit. No waffles. Staff was friendly, helpful and answered the phone promptly when we had a concern. There was just one microwave and it was in the lobby, but it was all right. We had brought some soup that needed to be heated, so we had to go downstairs to do that. Inconvenient, but it worked.

Subpar breakfast. Broken toilet. Depressing area. It is basically a place you go to if you are tired and just staying overnight. Avoid this place if you have a legit service animal. They will charge you for a pret fee regardless without telling you. Rude front desk workers
Toilet did not work even after the repairman came in to fix it. No discount provided for broken toilet. Also, if you have a legit service animal, they will still try to charge you a pet fee. Breakfast was sub par. If you want a high quality free breakfast, this is not for you. No make it yourself waffle station. Instead you will find limp soggy waffles that were previously frozen. I travel a lot and I have seen better.

Hotel experience was very good until after the trip. My mother left behind a ring in our room. When she spoke with the Manager it was revealed no one had been in the room for almost a week, but no ring was found. It makes one wonder who has the ring: the clean-up crew, the front desk staff, or the manager?
We were traveling with a newborn and a 3 year old and we were ready to get OUT of the car. This place was great - clean and comfy rooms. After the hectic drive, I felt my worries melt away in the hottub while my husband and daughter took a swim in the pool... very nice....
