Booked a family room. No bedding or towels for family were in the room. Kids bed was a pull out couch with a very uncomfortable 1" thick mattress. Only reason for booking the overpriced hotel was so that kids could swim in pool. Was not told till after booking that pool was not available to kids after 7pm and in the morning it is only a exercise pool till noon. So no swimming. No phones in room to contact front desk, no one at front desk. Was later informed that to get a hold of them you need to download their app! Horrible experience, not a kid friendly hotel at all.
