Very nice staff who were very accommodating, friendly and patient. However the reason for the low score is that several of the bathtub floors were dirty, stained. I would recommend for cleaning staff to clean bathtubs with bleach powder. Also, the desks were dusty and may be because many of the rooms sit unused for a while due to the location.

Ok a best. Older hotel in need of a renovation. Shower curtain bar was hanging down, toilet leaked badly.
Room was very small and walls are very thin.
When we first walked in the room, we noticed the sheets on the bed with spots and was dinghy. The tub had a ring around it and the bottom of the tub were dark and dirty. There were tiny body hairs on the floor, sink, and tub areas. We started to clean the room, but it was too much! We were given another room, it was just a little better than the previous one. The tub was dirty. The room had no fire alarm. We didn’t visit Hoover to become a cleaning crew!
It was suitable for our overnight stay. Its too small for anything longer than an overnight for us. The bed was a little too firm for my preference. But again, for one night it was ok. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Everything in room appeared clean and in working order.
Staff at front desk can be rude. Room service doesn’t come back to room to clean if you were in the room when they arrived. Breakfast is ok. Great location near other activities and restaurants though.
Just average breakfast stopped at 9:30 on a Sunday overpriced for the experience
The bef was very uncomfortable. I've had a spinal fusion and both knees replaced so i was miserable all night long. Even made my hips hurt. Also, the bath tub was very dingy
We stayed one night in a single queen size room. It was clean, décor was updated and the bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. The room was small but for 2 people arriving late and leaving the next morning, it was fine, especially for the price. The location is close to a gas station which made it easy for us to fuel up in the morning. The area in which the hotel is located is also very nice. Staff was nice and accommodating. I would recommend.
Nice staff, clean room and bathroom. The room was a little small but it was clean. For $69 a night I didn’t expect a Ritz Carlton. The parking lot was well lit and appeared to be in a safe area. Will definitely consider staying here for a night on game day weekends in Tuscaloosa again.
