Bit tired

Nice enough hotel, but little tired in places. Rooms very noisy can hear rooms either side and noise of water every time someone seems to run a tap. Clean enough, but bin in room hadn’t been emptied. Staff were absolutely lovely, and great location for the horse racing!

A Great Hotel to Stay

Our stay was exceptional. We originally booked to stay at the Redwings Lodge, 45 Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4QL. The hotel was so terrible, within 30 minutes of checking in, we had to book to stay at your hotel. When we arrived, the staff was amazing. We told them we came from the Redwings Lodge, and they were not surprised. The hotel was immaculate. Spacious rooms. Everything was provided. Breakfast was delicious. So much to eat, and served with a friendly smile. We ate so much. Everything was very tasty. We complemented the staff on their excellent service, and the chef on how lovely she prepared everything. We were visiting families, and invited our auntie to have breakfast with us every morning. She also enjoyed it immensely. We had room service everyday. Clean linens were provided, beds made, and the rooms kept to an exceptional standard. We had an amazing time, and cannot wait until our next visit.

Stay was okay... A few issues family rooms were not made up as family rooms however when requested they were made up. Also on checkout house keeping came to the door and woke me up very early thinking i had checked out.
