Genuinely surprised at how nice this hotel was. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tea making facilities and Dove products in the bathroom. The excellent air conditioning was very much appreciated during the heatwave.

Best example of the big chains

Great experience at check-in, with a quick and friendly welcome and good advice on places to eat. The family in front of us had very boisterous kids that the reception team were very tolerant of and kept the parents reassured. Help with parking machine was good and check out was quick and easy too. Breakfast was excellent for a buffet service and the options were complete with cooked and continental options. Toaster worked! It was also very reasonably priced

Made to Feel Part Of A Family - H/Inn Express NEC

Naz at reception was very accommodating and caring, she really looked after me and made sure I was comfortable. Mackenzie and Euan also helped me greatly at reception and the night receptionist who's from Liverpool was also super friendly. It is a very homely relaxed hotel that serves a generous breakfast.
