Disappointed Stay

I booked to stay at this property for 3 nightsWhen we arrived we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the beds. Pillows in back bed room had all hair on them covers were all creased there was no handle to close the blinds in front bedroom. Downstairs the main light of room didnt work so we couldnt eat at the dinner table. There was ants in the kitchen crawling on work tops. And the main problem was the shower base was not letting water flow so couldnt shower. Then when i went to run the bath the hot water tap was running cold and the cold tap was running hot very confusing. I wouldnt recommend staying here as i really feel it was not worth the money we paid for our stay for the 4 days we booked. Also there werent enough small glass to drink from there were 4 of us staying and only 3 glasses provided. Im very disappointed with the whole stay and i couldn't wait to leave
