Our room didn’t have heating and the lights didn’t work properly. It was our first trip with our baby, we stayed the night previous in a premier inn then booked here for a treat but the premier inn was so much more comfortable (and heated).

Bedroom cold heating not working, had to supply us with a fan heater, heard other guests had same issue. Breakfast was self serve even for tea and coffee, cramp conditions for tea and coffee from a machine and at same cramp position for hot breakfast, this needs reorganising, as area not big enough for the amount of guests they are trying to cater for.
