Beautiful beach and pool. Had a relaxing time! Extremely friendly staff...great cocktails...Enjoyed our time here. Our room was on ground floor and it was easy to walk up to the beach. Enjoyed the spa by the beach. The main spa is in another location...that was a bit inconvenient. Food was average...

Our room was on the ground floor and right at the end of the hotel which turned out to be great as we could walk out of the room on the beach, the beach was lovely and really worth going for the beach. The room was nice but a bit dated, its about time for a make over at Nirvana, the room is comfortable and nice though. Food was good and we had the BBQ on both nights the Friday night was "Fish" and Saturday was "Meat" food and service was great. I would recommend this trip for a weekend break, we will be going back soon.

This resort is actually 5 resorts on the one massive piece of land. It has beautiful beaches and pools, and a good range of restaurants. It also has a massive range of kids activities, including a petting zoo, kids club, every water sport you can think of, and elephant rides just to name a few. Great for a stress free holiday with kids and very relaxing for adults too. We stayed in the resort but the other accommodation options also looked great. The only thing to note is that it is a little bit tired around the edges, but that did not effect our visit and the staff were more than helpful which made everything very easy and relaxing. The Seafood restaurant is also very good and has huge serves so good value.

This is the first time I stayed at Nirwana even though I have been to Bintan a couple of times and I must say it has a lovely beach . You can have a great view of the beach from the pool ..view from the grill is great too ! There’s a Neydles restaurant at the other end of the resort where you can chill And watch the beach from the balcony 😎 Definitely will stay there again !

Lovely visit to Nirwana gardens hotel. Great service lovely room with a view to the beach. Beautiful infinity pool and well kept gardens, very relaxing stay. 😊 The resort has lots to keep everyone happy with a couple of good restaurants especially the local fish restaurant Kelong and the Neydles house. Lots of things to do including water sports, ten in bowling and elephant show.

The resort was out standing with the stunning view of the beach... the service was good . Food was marvellous and and in the pool side bar all the staff was excellent and the staff mainly to mention Andriyanto ,Eny and Salim special regards to them these people where stunning in the way the handle the guest and so friendly defiantly will be back on other time

very nice journey, all thins are very good, Service is very good, garden very beautiful. Facilities are complete,A lot of playable items,But this water project did not play,Hope next time you can play.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Deluxe Room. The room was nicely furnished and well maintained. The beach is fantastic. A long stretch of beautiful, soft sand. We did spot a couple of jellyfish in the water, but no one got stung. The elephant park was a lot of fun, and it was a relief to see that the elephants looked well cared for. Food was good quality, but too expensive. The staff were all polite, but not as outgoing as we've experienced elsewhere in Indonesia. Overall, this was good value and we would consider coming back again.

Stayed here for 3d2n. Room and service offered is good. Have several activities to keep you entertained. The beach is clean and swimming pools is good too, not too crowded. However food is quite expensive and quality is averge. Dont feel it is value for the money spent.dont bother gping to plaza lagoi..apart from the cheap good anf lattern park, tge place is empty. Just a a couple of spas and shops, max can spent an hour if u are not going for the spas.

Stayed here in October with a friend who had stayed several times before. We had a lovely stay, and we were well looked after. On arrival there were dancers dancing a traditional dance in the foyer. We were checked in at the business lounge with a welcome drink and given lovely twin rooms (1150 and 1152 I believe), which were just a few steps away from the beach. The hotel was not overly busy and there were plenty of loungers around the pool. Loved the pool bar. Visited Dino's restaurant which had a lovely setting and an open kitchen so there were some wonderful aromas floating around! Also went to the Spice restaurant which was OK, and the Calypso Bar at sunset, which was lovely. Had a game of bowling when it rained, and a ride around the resort on the golf buggy. Beach was clean and there are hammocks here and there. You can have a massage right next to the beach and listen to the waves. Breakfast was nice, with two egg stations and lots of different things to choose from. The tea they served from a big vat tasted very aromatic (Earl Grey?) so if you don't like that then take some tea bags with you. It's not cheap, but I loved that all the staff members were friendly, welcoming and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend it. I would stay again, and the fact that my friend had stayed around 15 times before is recommendation itself. Hope this is helpful.
