The outside appears is terrible and inside needs a lot of updating and deep cleaning. We had a terrible time with the TV and finally gave up. But on a positive note, the ladies at the front desk were nice.

Poor representation of Fairfield - have stayed at Fairfield on several occasions. No room service on visit, trash not emptied - towels not replenished. AC was loud. Only good thing this visit was the hot water. Cudos to the manager who was sent there on duty to revamp the hotel.

Friendly, And A Beautiful Smile , Breakfast was awesome, The Lady Putting Breakfast Together was so Nice and Helpful....I worked out in the Fitness Room..I stayed in room 222 and I smelled a bad odor coming for the bed area ...and the Second Floor ice machine was working I had to go the First Floor

The staff was extremely friendly & efficient the only issue we had was the tv not working when we got there but upon notifying the front desk someone was there in minutes to diagnose & fixed it in less than 15 min total

Hotel Condtions

The hotel is old and need updating. The bathroom downstairs was out of order. I stayed 4 days and it was horrible. The carpet needs cleaning, the pool is nasty and we never got towels unless and asked. We was told they was out of towels and they gave us pool towels
