Loved the staff. Everyone was friendly! The daily service was so-so. One night out of four we had turn down service with chocolates but had no idea why it was not continued. The Breakfast buffet is amazing and Ricardo makes everyone feel like family!

Checked in late Sunday! John was not accommodating at all. Didn’t explain where outdoor parking was and told us nothing about the hotel and facilities. Your staff need to be trained better. “I think” and “should be” should not be a part of their explanation when asked for info. Thank you Scott ...
Our Unit was newly remodeled and we loved the updates. The only downfall was the view from unit looked simply at a batch of trees.
