Todo esta muy bien me encanto muchísimo solo hubo un problema no pudimos poner el aire acondicionado

Creo que deberían de explicar que para quedarse en esta casa tenía que ir a otro lugar para llenar unos acuerdos para quedarse en esta propiedad y lo otro dar el código para poner el aire acondicionado ya que lo intentamos para no se pudo de lo demás todo perfecto

We stayed here with 6 adults and 5 grandkids. Everyone had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the home. The property is very nice and well appointed. The primary suite is beautiful, with a large, spacious bathroom and a cozy fireplace controlled by a wall switch. The only drawback for me was the bed, it’s very soft. My wife loved it, but I prefer a firmer mattress and found it too soft for my back.The game room is also well set up. Just be aware that not all of the video game systems were intact/usable, and the air hockey table has seen better days, the fan isn’t strong enough for the puck to float the way it should. That said, the kids still had a great time playing air hockey and foosball, and watching movies on the big screen.The spa was hot and ready to use when we arrived. The kitchen is spacious and has quality appliances. Unfortunately, the water tank on the coffee maker was broken, but the espresso maker more than made up for it.The yard is securely fenced and was perfect for our dogs to run around without any worry about them getting out.One important thing to know: local ordinances apparently allow a maximum of 3 cars. The driveway could easily fit 6 or more, but exceeding 3 can result in a heavy fine and even eviction. That’s not the property’s fault, but it’s good to know if you’re considering this area. The management company did offer to let us park extra vehicles at their office in town, but we didn’t end up needing it. All in all a great stay.

Wonderful house

The home was beautiful. They had everything we needed and more. The backyard was lovely and my family enjoyed BBQ and the hot tub. My only complaint is that it was HOT. My son slept on the patio one night. This was no fault of the owners or VRBO. They clearly stated no air conditioning. There were fans provided as well. Just know if you stay in July it will be hot. Maybe bring extra fans. .but it was hot!!

Family gathering

We had a wonderful time.The home had something for everyone. Games, BarBQ, deck and everything you need in the kitchen. Lovely view and beautiful home. I would highly recommend it.

Big Bear Stay

We did enjoy our stay but shower in master bath did not work. It was hot upstairs even though there were fans it was warm. The master bedroom's bed was really hard. Nice neighborhood, the kids loved the game room. We also took our dog and were thankful to find a nice pet friendly home.

Exceptional Property

We had an amazing time! This property was beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. Very clean and spacious and super cute decor! The location was great, super quiet and peaceful and just a short 5 minute drive to the marina and downtown village. We used the game room every night, BBQ’d and had a few dinners outside in the beautiful spacious backyard. We had lots of fun making family memories, I would definitely stay at this property again!

Private and quiet

My husband and I stayed here with friends and it accommodated us nicely. The neighborhood was quiet and home situated with privacy. Game room was very tight and we didn’t use during our stay. We had one small issue with the home that was addressed and repaired almost immediately which was a plus.

Something For Everyone

Everything was easy. The rental process, parking (lots of parking) and so many places to hang out. The patio, play room (with pool table, shuffleboard, etc) spacious living room. Our family loves to cook, hence the gas stove made for perfectly cooked omelets (and tacos too). The huge grill in the back gave everyone the chance to prepare the chicken, steaks and veggies however they wanted. Clean up was even easy, with every tool available to leave the place as clean as it was when we arrived. Thanks to the owners for making a great place to stay available in Big Bear!

House had it all!

We had an excellent time at the Waterview Retreat. It was in an excellent location with a wonderful view that was great to wake up to first thing in the morning. The neighborhood is great and we enjoyed plenty of daily walks to visit the park lakes and sights. The place itself was clean and had mostly everything to make the most of our vacation (kitchen supplies, spacious hot tub, covered built-in grill with all its own tools, downstairs game/ theater room with comfortable sectional couch big enough for the family to enjoy all together, and other little things they took care to notice like charging pads, charging plugs, two types of coffee machines and toasters, and plenty of blankets to keep warm while enjoying the morning view on the balcony with coffee). The house really was a vacation in itself-We only left the house once!

Wonderful family cabin

Lots of space and comfortable surroundings. Great backyard to hang out in. The game room was a blast for the the kids and adults. Kitchen well equipped and easy to use. The only drawback was that the driveway was difficult to get in and out of. Overall wonderful cabin to stay in.

Beautiful Cabin

I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful cabin celebrating my birthday with friends and family. Lots to do in the cabin: shuffleboard, pool table, air hockey, foosball, movie theatre, hot tub, bbq, beautiful deck. And close to the village, the lake and the marina. It was a perfect stay.
