Ya get what you paid for. Staff was rude, rooms were sketchy, the towels came with hair, and more. If you can pay alittle more to go absolutely anywhere I would take it. But hey I wanted the cheapest option and got the worse experience I think I could have happen.

The room was neglected and could use some maintenance. But the worse thing is the staff that was on Friday & Saturday. He was the rudest and most disrespectful staff I have ever met. We asked for house keeping with some fresh towels which never came. After a long day out, we came back late &have no clean towels to shower, went to the front desk and asked for some nicely.He gave us 2 towels with attitude. I told him nicely we have 3 ppl if we can have more towels pls, he told us to come back tomorrow for it. When I insisted nicely, he threw the towel at the counter. I was shocked by the rudeness, but still I asked nicely if I can have some face towels as well please, he then threw 2 at me and slam down and shut the counter window on me. Asking for enough clean towels to use is basic stuff for any hotel, even a motel. It is not a big ask. Staff like that should be sacked for such rude disrespectful behavior and not even doing his job in customer service. He is more turning your customers away. I would have given my stay at this place a 1 or zero star if not for the other staff member Jesse. He saved the stay and pulled up the worse hotel stay experience ever. Jesse was very kind, considerate, and generous. He has gone out of his way to be thoughtful to us. We had a 5 night stay, &out of it, 2 night we had experience the worst staff of our life. So glad there were the other 3 days that we saw Jesse, the best staff we have met who has gone above and beyond. Thanks Jesse

Yes, the room was dirty full of lint and crumbs on the floor, broken toilet seat, leaking shower shooting water everywhere, in the middle of the night the fridge had a puddle of water leaking, the room had a horrible smell like garlic, beds are hard as a board.

Overall, great for the cost/ location - exactly what youd expect a Motel 6 to be. My only gripes was over the blankets and pillows. Both were painfully thin. When I asked on two separate occations for a second blanket I was told "no, someone else might need one." What?

The 2 bed room was very unclean, with hair on the bed, floor, and in the shower. We had to use our own blankets and sheets to cover the beds. The bathroom had mold, and there were not enough towels provided for four guests. When I requested additional towels at the front desk, I was told they could only provide one extra towel per room. Due to these conditions, we checked out the next day and moved to another hotel.

The sheets, pillow, blankets were full of hair and did not seem clean. We were very uncomfortable and could not sleep because we were grossed out. Also, we were cold and asked for extra blankets, and the front desk clwrk had a bad attitude and implied he would charge us extra for that. Bad customer service and subpar cleanliness.

The room was neglected, dirty walls and mold in the bathroom walls. I remember staying here a few years ago and wasnt a 5 star but it was decent and clean. When i did my booking it said 2 queen beds and we got 2 fuil size beds. Floors were also really dirty. Wasnt comfortable laying on the bed because it felt dirty too. Not sure if they even change the sheets. The heater made so much noise it was scary.
