I first have to commend Stephanie, she was very friendly, always had a smile even at 6 in the morning. I was very disappointed the WiFi system was down the entire 4 days was there. My room was ok ,clean, lots of towels. I guess these days rooms don't get cleaned, or at least trash can emptied. Over flowing trash cans outside of some areas. Coffee and tea in the lobby in the mornings was a plus. I stay here because it is close to everything I need.
Room was clean. Air conditioner worked and was quiet. Free coffee and tea in the lobby each morning. Plenty of parking. Microwave, ice machines, vending machines, laundry room, and hair dryers available.
Check-in process was utterly disorganized and took a half hour.
I have stayed here several times. This is a very nice, very well run Motel 6 Always very clean, very nice staff. It is also one of the few lodgings in the area that have smoking rooms. The location is not ideal, a few miles from the heart of Big Bear Lake, but the quality and low Sunday - Thursday prices make this an excellent choice.
It was a good basic stay. Not classy but not too trashy. Not the best stay for any extreme weather conditions. Room HVAC lacking for extreme heat / cold
The windows have broken locks and I was charged more then my original price from orbitz
So this place had really bad reviews but was already in the neighborhood so decided to check it out first. when I got there I asked the motels manager if I can see a room first and he was friendly and let me see the room which was alarmingly clean unlike the reviews. He explained that it had been recently been remodeled and that all the old carpets were pulled out new wooden floors replaced and new furniture. For the price I paid I was very happy with this room I would recommend. Yes, like the other reviews say there was a homeless person outside but I didn’t see more than two briefly and i didn’t get bothered by it. Also blankets are thin so bring ur own. I asked for two extra sets and got them.. There is toilet paper and hand soap, no shampoo or conditioner.
Motel was in a good location close to the mountain. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were decent and fairly clean.
really bad. dirty, noisy, no support from staff when people are partying in the rooms at 2am, smoking mj, bring your towel, clean sheets, sandals and towels if you have to stay here and have no choice. Ahh, also had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper because they don't have daily room cleaning or stocking.
