I’d rate this room 3.5-4 stars. The room was spacious. The location was great. It was close to the center of town. It is on a Main Street so if you don’t want to hear the occasional car passing by you’ll want to consider that. It didn’t bother me. The spa tub was awesome! The fireplace was a nice touch. Stacey, was very attentive and responded to our concerns right away. When we arrived I was a little disappointed that the place was a little more run down than I expected. To me, it was presented as if it were a little more “upscale” than it truly was. First of all, when we arrived our bed sheets had a big hair in it. Also, the bed had a huge yellow stain in it that you can see through the sheets. To me, the bed felt dirty. The sheets were thin and worn out. The pillows were lumpy. The bed however, was comfortable. The lounge chair was a little run down and it had stains on it which again, made it feel dirty to me. The rugs, especially by the tub were also worn out. The bathroom had cracked tiles and there was no towel rack to hang our towels. When we brought our concerns about the hair and stain on our bed, Stacey immediately switched our rooms. Again, that room was a little run down as well (ripped guest book, stains on the lounge chairs, bed lamps weren’t working) but, it was a little better. When I booked this hotel, it was a little more pricier than its competitors but, I booked it anyways because I thought I was going to be little nicer. For me if the owners would make a few minor adjustments it would make a huge difference. Invest in better linen and better oillows, have bed covers that you switch out especially if your bed has a stain. Invest in covers for your lounge chairs. Have towel racks in your bathroom. Fix the cracked tile. Invest in a better shower head. Replace the ripped guest book (it doesn’t feel like you care about your guest when you give them a ripped book). Make sure everything is working (the bed side lamps were broken). Have extra supplies in the room. We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask the maintenance man on the property. Overall, I did have a nice stay but, as someone who likes to visit Big Bear I’m a little “on the fence” if I were to stay here again. There were things that I definitely appreciated about my room but, the “run down” feel didn’t feel “vacation-like” to me. There are other places with similar amenities (maybe not with such a fancy TV) that might be a little more kept up and for less money. The little details make a big difference.

Room was GREAT. Modernized version of a mountain retreat. Comfortable bed. Nice lounge chair. Nice balcony. Street traffic wasn't too bad at night. Great location to walk to village. Stacey was super great.

I had high hopes for a romantic weekend with my wife and found Lindberg suits a jacuzzi room at a fair price. Not at all what I expected it’s more an air b &b than hotel very dated no a/c and the shower was a trickle. The bed was very comfy but bedding was odd. Lots of nice small touches but mirror and tv were dirty and streaked.parking is another issue. We paid for 2. Nights only stayed 1 . Ate the cost no refunds

One of the most wonderful, elegant and romantic places I've ever been too. We stayed at Gold Rush Suite and everything was beyond perfect. Highly recommended for couples who are looking for a really cosy and romantic place to stay. Can't wait to go back to one of the amazing Lindberg Suites.

Beautiful Suite, Very Modern Lux feel to it. The King Bed was super comfortable and the decor and lighting gave the room the perfect atmosphere. Apple TV was a nice touch, not like your typical hotel rooms that somehow still have cable with 8 channels. Jacuzzi Tub made for a relaxing evening. The staff who got us checked in was Stacey. She was very courteous and communicative particularly with regards to checkin and check out, considering there was no office on site and you have to coordinate check in with them. She reached out to me the day of my scheduled arrival via text for information and was very prompt to respond. Very pleased, would definitely book again.

Such a cute little cabin has everything you could possibly need! It was perfect for our 5 year anniversary and will def be back when snow has fallen! Super easy check in.Stacey had amazing customer service and helped us with everything we needed!

For the most part we had the place pretty much to ourselves. We had the sweet suite. It was clean. It's like convenient camping we brought our own towels for the hot tub I had to go and purchase some extra toilet paper and a box of tissues but other than that it was really a sweet place to stay extremely warm if you're going there in the summer you're going to want to pack a fan because it was very warm even with all the windows open there was no Breeze it was very very warm in the room the hot tub worked perfectly everything was good for the money I'd stay there again

I LOVED it here and I will definitely be staying here again. It was easy to check in and check out. The spa tubs were HUGE, easy to use, and extremely hot. The only downside to this place is that is has no A/C like most hotels in Big Bear. The fan they have doesn't blow enough air and its attached so you cant move it. I would suggest bringing your own fan in the summer which is what we plan on doing next year. I still highly recommend this place especially for a romantic getaway.

Not a regular hotel, no on site service. If any issues no one will ever answer the phone. Room decoration was from the 70’s. Gold painted rocks on wall, bad half nude painting, ugly wall paper, to many decor problems to list. Cracked tiles in bathroom, cracks in wall, mold above shower, dirt on walls, saw bugs several times in room. Was probably a nice place years ago when someone used to maintain room, cleaned it and sprayed for bugs. I would not ever stay here again.

Just hours before we were to arrive in Big Bear we received a text saying something like, “No kids. No pets. No exceptions.” What would you think? We called immediately to resolve. The representative was rude and blamed us. The resolution was only a partial refund. Not fair. This could completely ruin someone’s weekend and it changed our plans at a big cost. They can do better. When we booked and paid for the room we had no idea about this policy, otherwise we’d have just booked elsewhere. Be careful with this one.
