Booker must have a Government Issued ID (must be 25 years of age). Must sign all of Big Bear Lake Rules & Good Neighbor Brochure.



- Do not exceed the occupancy limit

- No amplified music outside at anytime

- Head inside at 10:00 p.m.

- Take all trash to dumpster locations



Fines:

The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.



Eviction:

Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.



Please check the weather reports before arrival. If it is snowing or snowed recently tire cables may be REQUIRED! The CHP will make you turn-around and get cables if you do not have any. Best to have them in your vehicle before you leave. Reservations cannot be refunded to do weather. Please look into travel insurance if you are worried about your stay.



Basic Rules:

At our vacation rental, we like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book. Please also read the full house rules as well located on the listing page in “house rules” section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out., if you cannot locate this please ask and we are happy to send it to you before booking.
