Our stay was very comfortable! We had problems figuring out the TV but BB Vacations sent someone in 15 minutes and helped us out. Great Service!!!

Disappointed

I was excited to stay here when I saw the other reviews, but I ended up disappointed. The blankets on the beds especially in the master bedroom were filled with dust. The basketball game that the kids wanted to play in the garage was damaged and the balls were deflated. Master bed mattress sunk in which made sleeping difficult every time you needed to move. I went to the office twice to get a late check out because 10am is super early. The first time I was told come back tomorrow because the person who does them isn’t here. The second time I was told that they don’t approve them until the morning of checkout. So we just left early since it was going to cost $60 and we couldn’t have the comfort of sleeping in. No AC which they advise can make it a little bit warmer than you would like. This may be common practice, but I did not enjoy the experience of having to take all of our trash to an offsite location. The contract even says they will charge you $25 per bag of trash if you leave it there. Seriously, who wants to take trash in their vehicle after 3 days. I just expected a better experience for the price.
