Cortnie and Ellen are very nice and very friendly.I would definitely return.

Close to everything but very run down. Staff was very friendly though

Completely unsatisfactory. We notified the hotel that we would be checking in Late since it was a last minute surprise for my daughter's 12th bday. Upon our arrival there was no on site manager no one in office not did they answer there after hour check in number. We waited from 11idh until 235am when we finally aquired the means to charge the phone to get a ride back to our car in Sugarloaf and then back down to the dessert.

Nice location relative to the ski resort and obviously it is right on the lake. Just the basics. Nothing fancy.

I loved it. It is what it is a small resort woth front lake view. Yes is outdated, but its comfy and the staff is woderful. Easy to booked an extra night. Rooms are small but they have all we needed. Perfect fire place and small kitchen area. The room is very good plus we spent most of the day out in town which is a small drive away. I recommend this place. Try to get lake view room. Convenient Parking iut side the window.

This is a very good spot front lake. The place is old and out dated not a luxurious but it has all we needed. Small room but heybis just for a few days that we will spend out in town anyway. Nice fire place and grea

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at (even worse than a motel 6) hallway had a bad odor, room did not look anything like the photos on Orbitz, the bed sheets were stained and smelt dirty, mattress was hard ( not firm ) HARD. Also it was extremely overpriced. I lost my trust with Orbitz after this experience. I never imagined such a poor quality hotel. When I checked out my key the employees in the corner were goofing off and used the F word twice.

First off, this property is NOT lakefront. Not even close. Second, the management is extremely unpleasant. An employee even complained about the owners and said they are quitting soon because of how they treat people. Room was not ready on time. They have no business charging the rates they do.

There are a few houses next to the Lodge. There were a bunch of college kids having a party with obnoxious loud music. We mentioned this to the front desk. The lady told us to call the cops. Even though she seemed a bit concerned, she didn't offer to change our room or give us a refund. We spend $185 for 3-4hrs in this lodge. We were very disappointed and left the same day. This was a bad experience and left a sour taste, especially on our anniversary.

Never went after reading reviews, we are staying at a super cute lodge in the village. I had called to cancel immediately after booking and the staff member said I couldn’t. Thank goodness for trip protection, I will eventually get my money back. The staff member was rude and I’m happy we didn’t end up there nor will be ever. First impressions are very thing.

No hot water on multiple days!!! Staff was terrible about getting my room ready, told me to come back in a few hours then gave it away to someone else who was waiting. I remember a couple checked in and returned the key after walking in the room. Towels were stained different colors. Nothing like the pictures.

There is no decent lobby. Just a small old office. The man at the office is not always there although it keeps saying "open". The room smelt of mold. There were flies. Broken door, broken screen door. Old, old, old.

Other than the fact, the fireplace didn't work. We enjoyed our time. We had a room with a view of the lake. It was beautiful. Can wait to come back for another visit .

One of the beds smelled like urine. Waterline was way further than depicted in her hotel's picture.

The isn't that bad. Pros: Lake front property, fridge, microwave, TV, & has coffee maker. CONS: My son stepped on a rusty fish hook. Glad he was wearing thick socks. It only got caught with his socks. There's only 2 towels, 1 hand towel, & 1 face towel. The pathway to the rooms & the stairs are covered with ice. I was expecting they should keep those areas clear. Would stay here again but won't be staying in the lower floor. You won't see the frozen lake from your room since it's blocked with snow. What I'm saying is paying more for a lake view is just a waste of money since the view is blocked unless you are on 2nd floor. The lampshade by the table is broken. This would bother book readers for sure. The latch (door lock) is hanging with 1 screw. Anyway, we didn't bother getting these things fix since the place is full. Plus we are too tired. And it's not like they gonna move us to other room. We came around 7pm and could not find parking near the unit. That's all.

Was great for last minute check in. But for the price of $85 i should have stayed at a best western or something and gotten more out of my stay

Ok for the price .. bathroom old but great shower.... Very old fashion tv .

Very easy to find, the weather was not that great, but the hote was cozy relaxing and functional. Lake view nice panorama. I wished there had been more snow and water around us, but I can only blame Mother Nature for that

Excelente todo muy limpio y agradable me encanto la chimenea la atencion de la recepcionista una señorita muy amable
