Overall ok experience. Rooms are on the tiny side. I keep having to go back to front desk and have them reprogram or give me a new set of key everyday which was annoying. Food is ok.

overall hotel is very clean and pretty. breakfast not worth it. parking is far from room.

Property was fine and the staff were nice. Orbitz was the problem. Orbitz listed the hotel as pet friendly, hotel has limited pet rooms. All of which were booked. Vacation had to be cancelled, THANKS ORBITZ!!!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean, spa was perfect. Will stay here again.

Jacuzzi was closed. There was no notice before we checked in that this was an issue. The staff was amazingly friendly!

Convenient location to downtown and ski resorts. Several great restaurants nearby.

Having stayed many times, it remains consistant. The property is tucked away, off the beaten path. The pool area is relaxed and inviting. They provide free breakfast that saves you from being wait listed for an hour on the weekends. Pet friendly rooms are available. When in Big Bear, this is the only place we stay.

The jacuzzi tub had too much chlorine in it. I couldn’t stand being in there for more then 5 minutes. Also, my room had to be changed 3 times. The first one was missing amenities in it that I had booked. The 2nd one, someone was already in the room as the blankets and sheets had been turned over and used. The 3rd one was considered an upgrade, but was still missing a balcony as originally booked.

It’s like a cute little swiss ski resort. And the town matches. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was well kept. The pool was heated and I spent about 2 hours in it all by myself. The free breakfast in the morning was good. Ample parking. I saw some complaints about the AC but I had a thermostat in my room and the AC worked beautifully. The shower looked newly remodeled. The bed was comfortable and the entire facility was clean. The property is about 2 miles from shops in the center of town. And there is ample parking there too. We were only there for a day so we didn’t get to do much but there weee a ton of activities. We will be back.

Quiet and comfortable, easy check in and pleasant atmosphere.

Very unique and well maintained property. Staff welcoming and helpful.

The location was great for Bear mountain ski and the breakfasst was great but the room was too small for family of 4

80F too hot in rooms, 72F to 75F better...…………………………………………………………………………...

I feel it was not like other Best Western. It seemed dirtier and the walls were very thin. We could here the kid in the room above us walking super heavy and jumping on the bed. Housekeeping bags left in the hallway for most of the day. Staff was great but not impressed with over all look.

Close to snow summit. Stairs were a bit of a challenge, but otherwise a good place to stay.
