The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We live staying at The Reefs!

Excellent location with private beach. Staff were calling guests by their names by the 2nd day, worked hard to make everyone's stay enjoyable. Guests felt quite at home and conversations and relationships developed among them quite easily. It was routine for everyone - guests and staff alike - to great each other in passing every day. Nice quiet location, but the other side is that everything outside the resort required transportation. Due to the basic geology of the island, everything is uphill, so anyone with physical challenges may not enjoy this location.

The Reefs is incredible. The accommodations were first rate. Our room, the exterior and all the grounds were immaculate. Our Poolside room was very nice and our bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had spectacular ocean views and we got great afternoon sun from our balcony. Every person there was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The pool was great and both the Caso’s Point overlook and the beach were absolutely spectacular. We did some kayaking (free) and it was a blast! Our vacation package included free breakfast and the food was terrific. Same with the bar, where we dined twice. All their restaurants have great ocean views. As the weather was unusually cool and windy, we did a lot of exploring. This included walking to Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, walking the beaches from Horseshoe Bay to Warwick Long Bay and walking the Railway Trail from Somerset Village to Dunscombe Road. It is easy to get to the Railway Trail from the Reefs. Just cross South Road in front of the hotel, go left about 50 feet and turn right on Tribe Road Number 3, which starts at the Oleander Cycle shop. It was an easy walk to Henry’s Pantry via South Road to purchase alcoholic beverages and other provisions. We also walked all the way to Horseshoe Bay via the South Road without worrying about getting hit by vehicles. All this led to a first rate vacation experience. I highly recommend The Reefs!

February in Michigan and we had to go somewhere! The Caribbean was still recovering from the hurricanes, so we thought we'd try Bermuda. What an amazing island! The hotel was great! Very attentive staff, and with it being off season very few guests. Those that were there kept mostly to themselves. It was such a relaxing winter break. We were blessed with 70+ deg. weather and only one evening with a little rain. We chose the breakfast plan which worked out great. After a hearty breakfast we were able to explore all day and tried different restaurants for dinner. Only issue we had was the A/C didn't work properly. But the night's were cool enough to leave the screen open and listen to the ocean waves crashing below us. Overall.... great weather, staff, accommodation and the most picturesque view anyone could ask for!

I was only there for two nights, but was impressed by the hotel and it's staff.

Exceptional service. Relaxing, private resort. Updated room with ocean view.

Nice staff, great location, good food, relaxing, worth the price.

We attended an on-site destination wedding. Staff all around were super courteous. Food was excellent. Beach and room were excellent. We would definitely return.

Great trip! Had a wonderful time. We never had a bad meal and the people of Bermuda are friendly and always looking to help.

We loved this hotel and will definitely go back!! The beach was beautiful and you could snorkel right off the beach. The pool area was also very nice, and we never had a problem getting a seat by the beach or the pool. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a cliff side room which was very nice with a fantastic view! We thought the food was very good in all of the restaurants. The food and drinks are pricey, but it's pretty much the same throughout Bermuda. We have stayed in several hotels in Bermuda before, and this was definitely our favorite. Can't thank them enough for a great stay!!!

You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It is perched on the rocks with amazing ocean views, and it has its own perfect private beach. Staff are friendly and attentive and the food is Good with 3 restaurants to choose from. We opted for the breakfast package and would recommend this, plenty of choice catering to every taste, and a great start to the day. Our room had a beautiful view, was spotless and the maid service was excellent. Evening turndown was an unexpected and lovely treat. The only downside was that it was a little tired/dated and in need of an upgrade. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel making it very easy to get around the island if you want to explore the island by bus and boat rather than by taxi.

We will be back! Great quiet spot to relax on beach and change it up to pool- visit dock yards- get into Hamilton- and see beaches. Breakfast at the hotel made it very easy to start our day and friendly staff set a great tone. We were traveling without our son, but saw families and also a lot of preg women (including me- hello Zika!) Conceirge was helpful in recommending spots for dinner and helping us to take bus or get a cab. Would recommend buying booze at duty free (service was slow/ drinks expensive) and bringing slippers for the room (cold tile floor throughout).! So much left to do and explore- we will be back!

Wonderful experience, right on the beach, couldn't ask for more!

We really enjoyed our visit to The Reefs, the hotel staff was warm and welcoming and there are plenty of things to do on-site.

good overall experience. Really beautiful beach. The staff is not very helpful

Beautiful place with lots of stairs - so not for everyone...

This hotel has beautiful grounds with great views, a friendly and helpful staff and a pretty, private beach. We would definitely stay here again! The staff and the picturesque views are really what made this place great!

The reef was the perfect place to stay in Bermuda. Incredible ocean views, very comfortable rooms, great restaurant, and attentive staff. We will definitely go back again.

We received calls from the hotel staff prior to our stay to make sure that every expectation we might have would be met. upon arrival, the warmth of the staff was palpable. Kevon greeted us enthusiastically upon our arrival. Erin made sure everything was just right. Our Valentine's dinner was perfect - from the lobster bisque to the sorbet to the rockfish with just enough room for a delightful chocolate gateau. The private hot tub for two on the balcony of our room provided for the perfect capper to a wonderful first evening. I would recommend the Reefs to anyone for a romantic get-away.

It was very comfortable. Food is OK. menu is set for a week and same thing all the week. If you stay there most of the time, it would be an issue. No child entertainment. We went to relax. It was great!
