We really enjoyed our visit to The Reefs, the hotel staff was warm and welcoming and there are plenty of things to do on-site.

good overall experience. Really beautiful beach. The staff is not very helpful

Beautiful place with lots of stairs - so not for everyone...

This hotel has beautiful grounds with great views, a friendly and helpful staff and a pretty, private beach. We would definitely stay here again! The staff and the picturesque views are really what made this place great!

The reef was the perfect place to stay in Bermuda. Incredible ocean views, very comfortable rooms, great restaurant, and attentive staff. We will definitely go back again.

We received calls from the hotel staff prior to our stay to make sure that every expectation we might have would be met. upon arrival, the warmth of the staff was palpable. Kevon greeted us enthusiastically upon our arrival. Erin made sure everything was just right. Our Valentine's dinner was perfect - from the lobster bisque to the sorbet to the rockfish with just enough room for a delightful chocolate gateau. The private hot tub for two on the balcony of our room provided for the perfect capper to a wonderful first evening. I would recommend the Reefs to anyone for a romantic get-away.

It was very comfortable. Food is OK. menu is set for a week and same thing all the week. If you stay there most of the time, it would be an issue. No child entertainment. We went to relax. It was great!

The location is very quiet and have awesome view. It is in the outskirt of the main city and privacy is well maintained. The food is delicious and all the staff are very courteous and caring. Great rooms soundproofing, comfortable Bed. There were plenty to choose from at breakfast specially the chef personally took care of our vegetarian food. The manager Ms. Walker and Dona also very helpful. There is nothing nearby for shopping. The transportation is available across the road. Overall great experience and RECOMMENDED !!! .

South Shore Bermuda is the place to be. The weather in the Fall is perfect for Canadians and Northeasterners! As a returning guest I could see the toll the recession and the hurricane caused the island. I booked through Orbitz and was given an older room that could have used a good deal of upkeep, that said the views from my room were spectacular. I believe calling the hotel directly is the way to go. The mosquito blood on the drapery was annoying and it was obvious that no one was about to replace those quickly. The staff was polite and accommodating, the restaurant staff was friendly but overworked. The spa massage was glorious, although for the same price much more in ambiance and extras are given at other hotels. While there I noticed many of the older guests were struggling with the steepness of the stairs and the long climbs to the beach. The beach was as good as it gets and especially if you are traveling with children. At low tide the kids can swim and play without fear, there is plenty of activity such as kayaking and snorkeling right there. The scooter shop is directly across the street and the bus stop to Hamilton just across the street. There is so much good here that with more diligence to the upkeep and more training of the bus and bellman staff, with the exception of Winfield who is the quintessential Bermudian Best, I would be happy to have given the Reefs a higher rating.

This was our first stay at the Reefs hotel and Bermuda. We were picked up by a driver arranged through the hotel. They were prompt, helpful and full of great information for our stay. The car was clean and new. The views from all over the property were breathtaking. The room was comfortable. They accommodated by feather free needs without issue. It was clean and well appointed with a modern bathroom. The double sinks were a bonus. The balcony overlooked the pool and was extremely convenient to all the amenities. Our room was right at the entrance of the hotel and driveway but there was no issue with the noise at all. The restaurant at the beach was excellent - Coconuts. They made all my meals with attention to my shellfish allergies all week. NO issues at all. We had the breakfast plan included. That was a good variety of food for all palates. We did not have any more dining plan as we wanted to eat elsewhere during our stay. The beach was soft sand with lots of chairs and umbrellas available. The reef was only yards away with great snorkeling. The kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling equipment was complimentary. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Service was quick despite gratuity being included everywhere. And all the staff seemed to work all day and night - and they always had smiles for us. Wine tasting on Wednesday night was great. The guests were extremely friendly. The size of the resort lent itself to chatting and interacting a lot with others.

Gorgeous hotel in a stunning location. Light pink to match the pristine pink sand beach it sits on. Views majestic from every room. Infinity pool. Stroll down from your room to the unspoiled gorgeous stretch of private beach (most beautiful beach by far in Southampton parish and reserved for guests only). Snorkeling off the beach is as good as it gets on that side of Bermuda - endless reefs teeming with beautiful tropical fish, boiler reefs and cup reefs in every direction. Service top notch. Dining options include Coconuts by the beach for more casual and Aqua Terra up above the cliff for high end dining that is up there with the best of Bermuda - think sous vide rack of lamb, hamachi crudo and you get the picture.

I was here for a wedding and stayed a night. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was upgraded to a suite. It was luxurious with 3 large rooms for living, bed room and bathroom. Complimentary drinks and water. A balcony with lounge chair overlooking beach. Beautiful. Caso's point was a breath taking vista, beautiful. The beach by the bar coconuts is beautiful with soft white sand. The staff was also great and they were courteous and helpful. Someone stole my phone during the reception at Coconuts, and they all dropped everything to help me look for it. That was the only sour note of my experience. I hope the management finds and dismisses whoever the thief is. I will recommend not to leave anything unattended around the bar or beach at Coconuts.

Our stay at The Reefs was amazing! The staff is the most accomodating we have encountered. They make the effort to know you and make you feel welcome. The private beach is absolutely breathtaking. The food is delicious, so much so that we didn't leave to try any other places. We highly recommend this resort and plan to return next year.....or maybe in the fall!!

Very nice, truly enjoyed our stay thought much too brief

I did a lot of research before finally choosing The Reefs and I am so glad that I chose this resort! There was a small confusion over the room we requested and the hotel went above and beyond to fix the issue and could not have done more to accommodate us throughout our stay. The service was wonderful as the hotel staff went out of their way to answer questions and meet their guests' needs. The views from the rooms and areas of the resort are breathtaking. The food at Coconuts was great and the atmosphere right on the beach there was just what we were looking for during our trip. We also ate at the finer dining restaurant and the terrace restaurant and all of it was good. Again, I can't say enough about the service and attention to detail at The Reefs! We can't wait to go back!

Convenient location for bus. Comfortable rooms. Good food. Pleasant staff. Nice beach.

We have stayed in Bermuda many times before. Happy to get a reservation at the Reefs this trip. The main restaurant, Echo was a bit disappointing, but Coconuts is excellent. Beautiful view of the ocean from the Cliffside room. Room is small but clean, could use an update.

We returned to The Reefs for another wonderful experience. The food and the location are superb. There is no other hotel on the island that even comes close to the atmosphere of The Reefs. Can't wait to return next year!

You can't beat the private beech and wonderful staff at the Reefs. We stayed at the Reefs for 5 nights in early July for our 10 yr. anniversary. It was wonderful. We plan to take our entire family back next time. The location is awesome --- you can rent scooters across the street or jump on the bus for $15/day and get to anything on the island in ~20-30min bus ride.
