This was my second time staying at this hotel. My first experience was fantastic, though I had a minor issue with water leaking from the bathroom in the room I stayed in previously. This time, Jessica, the front desk manager, reached out to me before my arrival to ensure my request for a fully elevator-accessible room—and one without any water leak issues—was taken care of. That level of attentiveness really stood out. The room was well appointed. While it didn’t have a view, the upside was that it didn’t face the street or the nearby park, making it incredibly quiet. Housekeeping was efficient and the room was cleaned promptly as needed. I booked a room with breakfast, and the breakfast staff were wonderful—especially the lady with glasses and a bob haircut. She and her team always made me feel welcome and even remembered my usual coffee order. It’s a small detail, but it makes a huge difference. Since it was cold outside (and I was feeling lazy), I had dinner at the sushi bar several times. Terashima-san was extremely polite & friendly. Although it’s a sushi bar, I usually ordered vegetarian rolls since I don’t eat raw fish. The salmon tempura was good, but for me, the vegetarian tempura always hit the spot. On my last night, I had a glass of red wine that reminded me very much of the Pinot Noir I enjoy back home in California—it was honestly one of the best red wines I’ve had in a long time. I would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent services!

We had a wonderful stay at Telegraphenamt over the festive season! Immaculate room with views over the park, a super comfortable bed & fabulous shower! Breakfast was superb - a great selection & a special mention to Daria who was a lovely smiling face to start our day with. We also loved the cosy bar area & drinks by Adam were a great finish or start to our evenings. Five star experience in Berlin.

The room was booked for our 25th wedding anniversary. Loved every minute of our stay. Decent location which was quiet in the evenings and only a 10-15 walk to some of the main city centre attractions. Complimentary bottle of bubbly on our anniversary which was a nice touch. Room was described as 'cosy'. Whilst they may be smaller than other rooms, the high ceilings give a sense of space. Lovely clean room. The lighting can be a challenge to get right....! Breakfast was excellent. Large choice with the buffet with extras available to order. Staff very polite and friendly. My wife is a German speaker and the staff recognised this and conversed with her in German as opposed to switching to English. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you in assisting in a memorable 4 day stay in Berlin.
