Es hat uns sehr gut in Potsdam und auch in Babelsberg gefallen. Dort gibt es viele kleine Läden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und einige Gehminuten zur Bushaltestelle. Der Vermieter und die weiteren Mitbewohner des Hauses waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung entsprach den Angaben. Wir können Potsdam und den Vermieter Herrn Paul Rosin nur weiterempfehlen.

Blick vom Balkon auf den Babelsberger Park.Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet das Wohnzimmer für unseren Geschmack dadurch aber eher ungemütlich.Das Schlafzimmer ist recht klein, es gibt zwar einen Schrank, für Nachtschränke fehlt aber schon der Platz und damit auch eine kleine Bettbeleuchtung.Kommunikation und Fahrrad Verleih sind sehr unkompliziert und der Kontakt ist freundlich.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Babelsberg verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig mit Balkon im Grünen. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Mit dem Fahrrad ist Potsdam ganz nah und rundherum Seen und der Havelradweg. Berlin ist schnell mit der S-Bahn zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants um die Ecke. Alles perfekt. Kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieter waren im Urlaub, so betreute uns die sehr nette Vermieter-Mutter, danke für alles.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Wohnung. Diese ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet; man kann sich einfache Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Bushaltestelle ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß, Bus fährt 3x stündlich. Zur S-bahn und zur Straßenbahn sind es ca 10 Gehminuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch in 10 minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, umgeben von Gärten und nahe zum Park Babelsberg.

Alles so, wie es sein soll

Die Absprachen im Vorfeld liefen super und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und wurde uns sauber übergeben. Die Lage ist klasse - ruhig gelegen, aber man ist auch schnell bei der S-Bahn. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage, aber man ist aber trotzdem zu Fuß in gut 10 Minuten am Bahnhof Babelsberg. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub so braucht und auch die übrige Ausstattung ist so wie sie sein soll.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Potsdam-Babelsberg

Saubere Ferienwohnung in Herzen von Babelsberg. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der im gleichen Haus wohnt. Wir durften bereits um12 Uhr in die Wohnung. WLAN hat auch bestens funktioniert, konnte dadurch im "HomeOffice" arbeiten. Betten waren gut, Schlafzimmer liegt zum Garten raus. Dadurch sehr ruhig. Küche gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler☺. Meine Frau und ich waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Ruhige Lage und trotzdem nicht ab vom Schuß

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem mehrstöckigem Altbau. Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche ist ebenfalls modern und funktional eingerichtet. Der Balkon lädt zum Frühstück ein. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer ist mit Esstisch+4 Stühlen und Couch mit Tisch ausgestattet. Bei den hohen Aussentemperaturen war es Dank der Verschattungen angenehm in der Wohnung. Im Schlafzimmer ist etwas eng aber ausreichend. Das Objekt befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, ist aber durch die in der Nähe befindlichen Haltestellen von Bussen. S-Bahn und Tram gut angebunden.
